Beach

Located about 1400 / 1600 metres from the sea, near the beach of Cala Liberotto, one of the most beautiful and renowned tourist resorts in the Gulf of Orosei. There is no beach service.

Facilities and services

The residence with swimming pool is a typical example of the island architecture.  It is spread over three floors and consists of two buildings that converge in the hall and in the covered porches that overlook the lovely swimming pool. The other services are: unattended outdoor public parking. Pets allowed: only small dogs, on request for a fee, excluding all rooms and common areas. Free Wifi in the lobby.

The guest spaces

The elegantly furnished apartments are equipped with all the main comforts and services, most of them with balcony or veranda furnished with table, chairs and clothes line. They are all equipped with air conditioning at set times, kitchenette with electric or gas hobs, microwave or electric oven, refrigerator, TV, safe, private bathroom with tub or shower, hairdryer; include bed linen and towels.

Activities and Entertainment

The residence is located in the immediate vicinity of newsagents, tobacconists, bars, pizzerias, supermarkets, restaurants and the bus stop for Olbia and Orosei. Pharmacy at 50 meters and medical service at 12 km. 

Position

Located in the small village of Tanaunella, just 40 km from the port and airport of Olbia, 2 km from the renowned centre of Budoni and 8 km from San Teodoro. 

Beach

A sandy beach of Baia Sant'Anna is at about 1,500 meters. The excellent location allows you to reach some of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia in a few minutes, including Porto Ainu, the Posada marina with its spectacular pine forest, the Budoni marina and the Biderosa Oasis.

The apartment complex is set in beautiful gardens, with independent entrances around or near the swimming pool. The guest areas

With independent entrance, they are located inside the main building or outside in the immediate vicinity. They can be on the ground floor with patio or on the 1st floor with balcony furnished with table and chairs. They have an oven, TV, toaster, (some with sensors for gas leaks and an emergency alarm), air conditioning, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. Amenities and 1 beach umbrella provided. In nearby Budoni (2 km) there is a wide choice of bars, open-air clubs, discos, restaurants and pizzerias, archaeological sites, wildlife, folklore, nature, food and wine itineraries and much more.

Entirely renovated in June 2019, it is a delightful complex of summer residences where there is a small playground and a barbecue area surrounded by greenery, it faces the reception area, Wi-fi in the common areas, one spacious bar with air conditioning and a blue swimming pool with hydromassage area and equipped solarium. Unguarded private parking adjacent to the structure. Pets allowed up to 10 kg with supplement (excluding common areas).

The guest areas

Apartments arranged on three floors (ground, first and second) and furnished in a sober style, with warm and welcoming colors. They have: patio with umbrella, covered balcony / veranda or area equipped with table, chairs, drying rack, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, LCD TV, safe, telephone, individually controlled air conditioning and heating, kitchen (located in the living room or on the veranda) equipped with sink, dishes, cookware, coffee maker and fridge and cleaning materials.

Structure

The residence is inserted in the part closest to the sea of the beautiful bay of Santa Reparata, a perfect area for relaxation, very quiet and peaceful even in the height of summer. Characterized by very white sandy shores interspersed with granite rocks, juniper, myrtle and lentisk, typical vegetation of the island in which you can admire one of the most striking sunsets in all of Sardinia.

Location

The location of the residence is optimal to reach different destinations and beaches: the closest ones such as Rena Ponente and Levante, Zia Colomba, Capotesta with its very wild natural landscape in which to discover Cala Spinosa and Cala Francese or the suggestive landscape of Valle della Luna; while a few minutes drive away are the most renowned and equipped beaches such as Rena Bianca, La Marmorata, La Liccia, Rena Maiore, and many others. The apartments are distributed in two buildings, recently renovated and refurbished, arranged in terraces on the ground or second floor and facing the Capo Testa promontory. In the central area of the complex and closer to the sea, surrounded by the typical Sardinian vegetation, there is an area that includes the new Pool Park where there are swimming pools for adults and children, large area dedicated to recreational activities, tennis court, as well as a recent construction where there are reception office and 3 large apartments (VIP type) modernly furnished and equipped with all comforts.
Given its location, Baia Santa Reparata is an ideal reference point for a wide variety of excursions in northern Sardinia and for destinations such as La Maddalena and Caprera, and a car in tow is recommended.

Facilities and Services:

In the central building is the Reception, as well as a Bar and Restaurant (managed externally); also a few hundred meters from the residence is a minimarket stocked with everything and a restaurant while in the very close Capotesta there are several clubs, Bar, tobacconists, small kiosks etc.
Unguarded parking lots are easy for vehicles of any size and are located nearby from the apartments. In the center of Santa Teresa (about 3 km away) it is possible to find supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, boutiques, pharmacies, newsstands, discos, pubs, equipped marina, etc.
There is also a bus line from the Baia Santa Reparata bus stop (in front of the Residence) to all the neighboring beaches and to the center; alternatively, there is the possibility of an inexpensive cab service for short distances from the Residence to the center of Santa Teresa, available at any time.
Overnight arrivals: all arrivals outside the opening hours (if forewarned) will have an extra charge of € 30,00. If unannounced the possibility of ngresso only the following day.

Rooms:

Located on the ground or second floor all apartments have indistinctly sea view are equipped with all comforts; entrance independent, equipped kitchenette, washing machine, TV, rooms always with low beds, patio, balcony or garden with outdoor chairs and table. The bathrooms all renovated are with shower stall, toilet and bidet, equipped with wall hair dryer. Type "M" apartments are air-conditioned; in the others, however, the pleasant natural ventilation of the area and new window frames leave the apartments cool and well ventilated.

At the Pool Park (open from 27/05 to 30/09) are the brand new swimming pools for adults and children, umbrellas, deckchairs and sunbeds distributed in the solarium, tennis court. From 17/06 to 02/09, sports and recreational activities will be organized on set days. In July and August Mini Club for children from 5 to 13 years old with dedicated and coordinated program at fixed times, 6 days a week. For a fee with subsidized rates dance and gymnastics classes, swimming lessons, etc. A variety of activities available during the stay, including horseback riding, scenic rides driving quads, trekking in nature, or snorkeling in the crystal clear waters of the Bay; the area is suitable for surfing and windsurfing with rental of necessary equipment and participation in and private lessons.

Located in the renowned centre of Santa Teresa, it is about 60 km from Olbia and 50 km from Golfo Aranci.

Beach

About 1000 meters from the Rena Bianca beach, with fine white sand that frames an incredibly crystalline sea. On the beach there are bathing establishments for those wishing to rent umbrellas and sunbeds.

From the modern tourist port it is possible to reach nearby Corsica and the wonderful archipelago of the island of La Maddalena. Also the village offers a bus to the beaches of Capo Testa and La Marmorata available from June to September; the bus station is 500 meters from the Residence.

Beach

Free and equipped, white sand and sloping seabed, from 150 to 500 meters for the Calaverde and La Pineta residences and about 300 meters for La Pintadera. Possibility on site to rent sunbeds and umbrellas. A ten minute drive away are the beaches of Chia with  beautiful dunes and crystal clear water

The Calaverde complex consists of terraced houses with gardens or terraces immersed in the green of the pine forest and the Mediterranean scrub overlooking the sea. Within this setting is La Pintadera, conceived in the same style and of more recent construction. Services: restaurant, pizzeria, bar-tobacconist, pay for swimming pool, games for children, unattended parking. At 500 meters a supermarket.

The La Pineta apartments are a complex of terraced houses on the ground floor with a garden or terrace, near an extensive pine forest. Unattended internal parking. In the center of the complex: restaurant, pizzeria, bar/tobacconist, supermarket, newsstand.

Reception office at the entrance to the La Pineta complex with the following times:

Mon / Fri from 16:00 to 19:00; Saturday from 15:30 to 20:00; Sunday from 17:00 to 20:00. The keys of the apartments must be returned to the office by 10:00 on the day of departure. Reception at times other than those indicated above is at advance notice.

The guest areas

Residence Calaverde: simple and functional apartments, furnished according to the taste of the individual owners, on the ground floor with a small garden or on the first floor with a small terrace. Upon request when booking, it is possible to rent TV and blow heaters.

Entertainment and activities

Diving center at Calaverde marina with the possibility of boat mooring. At Calaverde: swimming pool and tennis courts (available at an extra cost).
