Entirely renovated in June 2019, it is a delightful complex of summer residences where there is a small playground and a barbecue area surrounded by greenery, it faces the reception area, Wi-fi in the common areas, one spacious bar with air conditioning and a blue swimming pool with hydromassage area and equipped solarium. Unguarded private parking adjacent to the structure. Pets allowed up to 10 kg with supplement (excluding common areas).

Apartments arranged on three floors (ground, first and second) and furnished in a sober style, with warm and welcoming colors. They have: patio with umbrella, covered balcony / veranda or area equipped with table, chairs, drying rack, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, LCD TV, safe, telephone, individually controlled air conditioning and heating, kitchen (located in the living room or on the veranda) equipped with sink, dishes, cookware, coffee maker and fridge and cleaning materials.

In the immediate vicinity there are bars, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacconists, medical services, hairdressers, newsagents, ice cream bars. For a fee, it is possible to book excursions, snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, horse riding.
