ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
CHECK IN from H 17.00 to H 20.00 / CHECK OUT within H 10.00
LATE ARRIVALS: Arrivals after 20 h must be communicated in advance to the structure, in case of
non-communication we do not guarantee the reception; Is required an extra charge of € 50 per villa
per villa the telephone number of the customer.


TO BE PAID LOCALLY ON ARRIVAL:
MANDATORY:
- Forfait consumption of water, electricity, gas and bed linen (with weekly change) €50 person per
week, from 2 years old.
- Final cleaning € 100 for villa 4/6 and € 120 for villa 6/8; except for the kitchenette, which is
to be cleaned by the client.
In case of lack of cleaning a penalty will be charged.
- Security deposit € 200 to be paid by cheque/credit card
- Tourist tax, if applicable
OPTIONAL to be requested upon booking:
- Towels € 10 per person per week
- Free baby cot if brought by the client; € 50 per week if provided by the property
- Pets allowed only in some units and on request, supplement € 50 per stay


CANCELLATION FEES:
- no cancellation fee up to 31 days before arrival date
- 30% penalty from 30 to 22 days before the arrival date
- 60% penalty from 21 to 12 days before the arrival date
- 90% penalty from 11 to 04 days before arrival date
- 100% penalty from 03 to 00 days before arrival date and in case of no-show

IMPORTANT:
No refund will be given in case of early departure and unused nights.
