Orosei

Location

It is located in Cala Ginepro just 12 km from the center of Orosei, 80 km from Olbia and 100 km from Golfo Aranci.

Beach

About 300/500 meters away, varying depending on the location of the room within the hotel. The beach of fine white sand is alternated with coves and cliffs, and can be reached on foot along a tree-lined avenue (outside the complex).

The seabed slopes gently, ensuring safe bathing, particularly for children. No inland shuttles or individual escort services are provided. Toilet and shower facilities are included. Possibility of First, Second and Third row on the beach to be requested, confirmed and paid exclusively upon arrival on site.

Structure and services

Harmonious construction with typical architectural lines of the Sardinian tradition, it insinuates itself into the beautiful setting of the resort of the same name. The structure consists of several units, all arranged on two floors. Peculiarity of the hotel is the lush vegetation in which the same is immersed. The garden for the cultivation of fruits and vegetables gives the restaurant the best products in terms of freshness and authenticity.
At guests' disposal Wi-Fi area for a fee in the common areas hall/main bar (it is not present in the rooms), access to the swimming pool for adults and children equipped with sunbeds (subject to availability) and unattended outdoor parking.

Where to live

193 rooms furnished in a warm Mediterranean style, all are equipped with air conditioning, heating, TV, mini fridge (minibar on request, consumption at extra charge), telephone, safe deposit box, hair dryer. Bathrooms, with bathtub or shower. Almost all have a balcony or veranda. They are divided into the following types:

Classic: room with two beds or double bed, on request possibility of adding a 3rd bed (ottoman with pull-out or drop-down bed) or a crib. Very small space for the 3rd person.

Superior: room with two beds or double bed, 3rd bed added in sofa bed and on request possibility of adding a 4th bed (foldaway - pouf) or a crib.

Family: two-room apartment with one bathroom, ideal for 4 people. Consists of a twin or double room and living room with single sofa, plus pull-out bed for 3rd/4th bed accommodation. A 5th bed or crib can be added on request.

In 3rd/4th bed, excluding family, is always an extra bed. The photos reproduce only some of the types described, and they are almost all different from each other. The Various room types, are located in different areas of the resort therefore proximity is not guaranteed.

A crib is not guaranteed, and is always to be requested at the time of booking.

A vacation to enjoy

The restaurant consists of two adjoining air-conditioned rooms, indoors, and with assigned tables. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served by our staff through screened and protected buffets. All dishes are made with simple but refined recipes and aim to enhance the typical cuisine of Sardinia with high quality ingredients. The quality of the courses is guaranteed not only by a high-level staff and efficient organization, but also by the use of genuine ingredients at Km 0.
In some periods the management reserves the right to vary the mode of service. Weekly some theme nights are planned, a vegetarian course or an alternative solution is always guaranteed.
Baby Menu: inside the restaurant available to infants is a buffet corner with specially cooked foods. Early childhood milk, baby food and specific products are excluded. Having a unique kitchen does not guarantee absolute absence of contamination for gluten intolerances. We cannot offer ad hoc menus for individual guests. On request, only for celiacs are available, packaged basic products (bread, pasta and cookies) and a type of dessert for breakfast. It also has a bar sheltered by a romantic porch, in front of a lush garden, which is ideal for snacks and cool drinks. Meals not eaten during the stay cannot be refunded, substituted or made up.

Entertainment and activities

Club card, compulsory from 31.05 to 27.09, payable on arrival on site from 4 years of age . Use of tennis courts during daytime hours, bowls, table tennis, playground, musical entertainment and evening shows. Included in the mandatory club card from age 4: beach (1 unassigned umbrella and two sunbeds per room from the third row) regardless of the number of room occupants, mini club (4 - 12 years) at scheduled times, soft daytime and evening entertainment until 11 p.m., (6 days a week). Extra charge: extra meal, box lunch, personalized menu for infant. Day use, car rental, excursions, sending and receiving faxes and telegrams, beach umbrellas in first and second rows, sports fields at night, beach towel rental, laundry service, room service (08 am to 8 pm). Medical guard 12 km, pharmacy 2 km. away. In the hotel, for payment of all extras, the use of a prepaid magnetic card is mandatory, which is delivered and recharged only at the reception, upon payment of a deposit (refunded upon return). Bank account checks are never accepted.

The facility reserves the right to reshape and/or modify the offer, in terms of services, based on the spread of the epidemiological emergency from Covid-19, strictly adhering to the measures issued at the national level about containment measures (e.g., for compliance with regulations regarding the securing of environments, guidelines for the administration of services, and whatnot) and, more generally, any regulations placed to protect public and private health.

Location

It stands within the pretty village of Sos Alinos, and is 150 meters from the center of Orosei and about 75 km from Olbia.

Beach

About 1,200 meters from the white sandy beach of Cala Liberotto, reachable by shuttle service with 2 daily runs. In a stretch of coastline characterized by beautiful unspoiled beaches and crystal-clear waters including the nature oasis of Bidderosa.

Structure and services

the village, recently built and consisting of 8 different buildings, is spread over an area of more than 14,000 square meters and provides two separate swimming pools each with children's area, equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, large communal green spaces, hall, reception office, multipurpose room with giant-screen TV, free wifi, barbecue, coin-operated laundry, basement garage, unattended public car parking, children's play area and amphitheater for entertainment. Small pets allowed for a fee and only in residence formula.

Where to live

148 apartments, arranged on the ground floor with private garden or on the second floor with large balcony equipped with table and chairs. Made with excellent construction criteria, they are well furnished and equipped with TV, telephone, air conditioning (included in the fees), large balcony or patio equipped for outdoor dining or garden. They are divided into the following types:

Mono 2: living room with kitchenette, double bed, bathroom facilities.
Mono 4: living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, sleeping area with double bed, services.
Bilo 4: living room with kitchenette, double or double sofa bed, double bedroom, services.
Trilo A6: living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds, services.
Trilo B6: living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double room, twin room with low beds, services.

Entertainment and activities

Club Card (from age 4 and from 11/06 to 10/09) includes group tennis and swimming lessons, evening entertainment (sometimes with folk groups), games, tournaments, music. Mini-Club for children 4/12 years old with projections, play area equipped with slide, swings. Lighted tennis-football court (daytime and evening fee), table tennis, foosball and various games. Various sports activities nearby. On the beach beach sports in general. At 1 km horseback riding. In the nearby center of Sos Alinos it is possible to find necessary services such as market, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, newsstand, small church, clinic, tourist medical service.

Beach

They are located about 1,400/1,600 meters from the beautiful white sand beaches of Cala Liberotto, alternating with coves and cliffs. There is no beach service provided.

Structure and services

Arranged in two recently built 2- or 3-story buildings, they are about 500 meters apart. At the nearby residence "Sos Alinos" the reception of guests from 15.06 to 15.09. At all other times at the Cala Ginepro Hotel Resort about 2 km before the apartments.

Where to live

All apartments are spacious and carefully furnished in classic style, ideal for an independent vacation. Distributed in 2/3-story buildings, all have low beds and are equipped with air conditioning at set times, safe, TV in living room, refrigerator, gas stove or electric hotplates, electric or microwave oven, bathroom with bathtub or shower and hair dryer, veranda or balcony equipped with tables and chairs, clothes rack.

The apartments are 500 meters from supermarkets and restaurants, newsstand, tobacconist, bar, pizzeria and are about 200 meters from the bus stop for Olbia and Orosei. Pharmacy 500 meters away and doctor's office 12 km away.
