Location:

located in the town center (100 mt from San Teodoro), very close to the pedestrian zone. Olbia Airport about 27 km, Port of Olbia about 30 km and about 37 km from Golfo Aranci.

Beach:

of Cala d'Ambra, which can be reached by a 650-meter walk (free and equipped beach for a fee). The fabulous beaches of "La Cinta" and "L'Isuledda" are a few minutes' drive away and offer equipped beach facilities with umbrellas and sunbeds and a snack bar.

Facilities and services:

the structure arranged in a horseshoe shape surrounds a central area, available to all guests, maintained as a garden with lawn, lush plants and olive trees. Services: Reception (09 a.m.-1 p.m. and 4 p.m.-8 p.m.), relaxation area available to all guests, the Atrapasuenos relaxation area, with a collection of "Scacciapensieri" dreamcatchers, inside which are displayed large maps and itineraries for learning about and visiting the area; Wifi in public area; coin-operated washing machine available at the residence; free unattended indoor parking. Adjacent to the Residence are markets, restaurants, pizzerias, tobacconists, newsstands, pharmacy. Pets allowed small and medium size with daily surcharge, to be kept on leash in common areas.

Where to live:

35 apartments made of granite, stone, and wood-beam ceilings, pleasantly furnished, are arranged on the ground floor, opening on two sides: on the common garden with a covered veranda, and on the back with a small private patio; or on the second floor, with a veranda overlooking the large common garden. The veranda and balconies are always equipped with table and chairs; the apartments have TV, private bathroom with shower, low beds, and air conditioning (activation request at extra charge). They are divided into the following types:

Bilo 4 beds:living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom.
Bilo 6 beds:living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, livable loft with two low beds, double bedroom. Some apartments are accessible for people with disabilities
Trilo 6 beds:living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, room with two low beds.

Entertainment and activities:

bicycles, cars and mopeds can be rented near the Residence, and there is also scuba diving, horseback riding centers, and wind and kite-surfing beaches. The two main discos in San Teodoro, namely Ambra Night and La Luna, are less than 1 km from the property and are easily accessible. In the center of San Teodoro, the evening market in the summertime is characteristic.
