Location
The property is located in a flat area in Cala d'Ambra Bay, 1000 meters from the bustling center of San Teodoro, and is about 30 km from Olbia and 35 km from Golfo Aranci.
Beach
At 200 meters, white sandy beach with stunning views of Tavolara with sand and pebble seabed, connected to the village by a pleasant, short and comfortable internal pedestrian and flat path. At guests' disposal beach umbrellas and sunbeds ( 1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds per room) distributed in the swimming pool, in the green lawn areas and in the state-owned concession of the private beach ( 1st row for a fee - €10,00 per day per station limited). Beach towel available to guests (one beach towel per person per stay, eventual change for a fee). A short distance away and also within walking distance is the wonderful and famous beach of L'Isuledda known for its fine white sand and crystal clear sea with unique colors.

Surrounded by an enchanting landscape, the village features detached cottages made of granite, terracotta, and fine wood. All the buildings are arranged on the ground floor, connected by lighted stone pathways that stretch to the edge of the beach. 90 rooms set in terraced houses are all on the ground floor and surrounded by a large flower garden. They have separate entrances and are elegantly furnished in the colors of the sun and sea, typical of local architecture.
