Location

The property is located in a flat area in Cala d'Ambra Bay, 1000 meters from the bustling center of San Teodoro, and is about 30 km from Olbia and 35 km from Golfo Aranci.

Beach

At 200 meters, white sandy beach with stunning views of Tavolara with sand and pebble seabed, connected to the village by a pleasant, short and comfortable internal pedestrian and flat path. At guests' disposal beach umbrellas and sunbeds ( 1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds per room) distributed in the swimming pool, in the green lawn areas and in the state-owned concession of the private beach ( 1st row for a fee - €10,00 per day per station limited). Beach towel available to guests (one beach towel per person per stay, eventual change for a fee). A short distance away and also within walking distance is the wonderful and famous beach of L'Isuledda known for its fine white sand and crystal clear sea with unique colors.

Structure and services

Surrounded by an enchanting landscape, the village features detached cottages made of granite, terracotta, and fine wood. All the buildings are arranged on the ground floor, connected by lighted stone pathways that stretch to the edge of the beach. At the center of the facility are reception office, restaurant, multipurpose room, common room, playground, bar, solarium, terrace. Facilities: 24-hour reception, two swimming pools, one for children, equipped with umbrellas, deckchairs and sun loungers, air-conditioned restaurant, bar with equipped veranda, boutique/bazaar, reading room, games area and TV room; WI-FI Free Zone in reception area and pool area; baby sitting, on request and for a fee; unattended private parking. Exclusive hotel shuttle service at scheduled times: free of charge during the day to La Cinta beach, paid evening shuttle service to the center of San Teodoro (from 01/06 to 30/09).

Where to live

90 rooms set in terraced houses are all on the ground floor and surrounded by a large flower garden. They have separate entrances and are elegantly furnished in the colors of the sun and sea, typical of local architecture. They have a private bathroom with shower (no bidet), hair dryer, satellite TV with foreign channels, direct telephone, safe, mini-bar (consumptions on payment), air conditioning, patio or covered veranda equipped with table and chairs. They are divided into the following types:

Standard: rooms with double bed, possibility of crib.

Comfort: larger than Standard, double or twin rooms; possibility of 3rd and 4th bed (bunk) and crib

A vacation to enjoy

Breakfast, lunch and dinner with buffet service in the air-conditioned restaurant ( tables not assigned and cannot be reserved). Soft-Inclusive Formula includes Full Board with house wine, water, cola, soda, orangeade and some juices from vending machines; breakfast, lunch and dinner with buffet service in the restaurant ( tables not assigned and not reservable). Open bar during the day at the Pool Bar ( 08:00 - 24:00) with unlimited non-alcoholic drinks at self service accompanied by tasty snacks. Excluded are bottled/canned drinks, ice cream, cafeteria.

Entertainment and activities

Multi-purpose tennis and soccer field, 2 bocce courts, table tennis and, on the beach, beach-volleyball. From 18/06 to 10/09, the Village's prepared Staff, KAPARANGA ANIMATION, offers a full program of entertainment and animation every day, based on professionalism, friendliness and courtesy. During the season, a series of shows and musicals all sung live to featuring theatrical sets and costumes will be offered in the village theater. In addition to the important evening programs, the entertainment staff offers a weekly live themed daytime show with an aperitif for guests offered by the staff itself, gymnastics and dancing, Latin-American group dances, evening piano bar, cabaret, group classes in yoga, pilates, gag, aqua-gym, tabata step, strong, chair gym, muscle awakening, tournaments, games, daytime entertainment, games and beach passes, use of canoes and pedal boats. Available: bocce courts, beach volleyball, tennis and soccer field, table tennis. Mini Club for children 5/11 years and Junior Club for boys 12/17 years with dedicated and coordinated program at scheduled times; equipped and partly shaded space for outdoor games, dedicated green spaces. Sports program of introduction to tennis,swimming and beach sports. Also, in the restaurant area dedicated to children of Mini Club assisted by animators (service included and optional). For a fee: bicycle and mountain bike rental, Diving and snorkeling with Diving Center "Karibu-Diving & Travel," diving courses, equipment rental and boat trips with guide; PADI preparation courses and issuance of PADI patents, free diving tests in the pool, diving in the geo-marine park of the marine protected area of Tavolara and Molara. Snorkeling with dive guides and nature guide. Massage corner with aesthetics, sports, relaxing and shatzu massages.
