Location

Situated in the picturesque and tourist town of Orosei, they are about 80 km from Olbia and 90 km from Golfo Aranci.

Beach

About 3 km from the Marina di Orosei, a long sandy shore of about 5 km, which hosts numerous beaches such as Su Barone, Osalla and Su Petrosu. On the beach bathing establishments for those who wish to rent umbrellas and sunbeds.

The apartments, set within a newly built residential complex, have unattended parking. At 220 meters (at Hotel Maria Rosaria) reception and swimming pool with solarium. Small pets allowed (max 10 kg) with extra charge (excluding common areas).

The apartments furnished in typical Sardinian style and arranged on two floors (ground and second floor) with independent entrance; they are equipped with TV, microwave, electric oven, washing machine, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, wi-fi, covered and equipped veranda. They are divided into the following types:

Two-room apartment 4 (42-48 sq m): living room with kitchenette and 2 single beds, double bedroom, bathroom.

Two-room apartment 5 (48-50 sq m): living room with kitchenette and 2 single beds that can be joined, double room (beds can be separated) and 1 single bed, and bathroom.

Three-room apartment 5 (52 sq m): living room with kitchenette and 2 single beds that can be joined, double bedroom (beds can be separated), small bedroom with two single beds (not joinable) and bathroom.

Entertainment and activities

In the immediate vicinity are bars, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, pharmacy, tobacconist, doctor's station, hairdresser, newsstand, ice cream parlor. For a fee, possibility of booking excursions, snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, horseback riding.
