Apartments located in a quiet location in the popular tourist resort situated along the northeastern coast of Sardinia, distant 200 to 400 m from the center. San Teodoro 4 km; Olbia airport 35 km, Olbia port 38 km, Golfo Aranci port 50 km.

Beach

The fine sandy beach of Porto Ottiolu, is 300 to 600 meters from the apartments. Possibility to rent sunbeds and umbrellas on site.

Structure and services

It consists of newly built apartments well furnished and equipped. Services: reception office, credit cards accepted. In the center of Ottiolu bar, restaurants, pizzerias, market, newsstand, newspapers and tobacco, pharmacy, ATM machine, boutique, piano bar. Pets: small pets allowed, extra charge.

20 apartments all with private entrance and patio equipped with table and chairs; they are equipped with TV, bathroom with shower, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, unattended outdoor parking space. They are divided into the following types:

Bilo 4 beds: living room with equipped kitchenette and double or twin sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom.
Trilo 6 beds S: tavern apartment in the basement composed of living room with kitchenette and double or twin sofa bed, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower.
Villa 7 beds: single villa, exclusive, distance from the sea about 500 mt, in the context of other villas called "Il Borghetto" ; quiet location, entrance, independent, indoor parking space; furnished with fine furniture, on the mezzanine floor 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with single bed, living room with TV-sat, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, in the basement tavern floor 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, equipped laundry and ironing room, walk-in closet and storage room and living room with fireplace. The villa has air conditioning (on all levels), veranda, lawn garden of 2500 sq. m. with outdoor shower, solarium in panoramic terrace overlooking the sea.

During the summer season, the small square at the Port offers entertainment activities with music and variety; at the beach, opportunities to practice various sea sports.
