Position

Located in the small village of Tanaunella, just 40 km from the port and airport of Olbia, 2 km from the renowned centre of Budoni and 8 km from San Teodoro. 

Beach

A sandy beach of Baia Sant'Anna is at about 1,500 meters. The excellent location allows you to reach some of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia in a few minutes, including Porto Ainu, the Posada marina with its spectacular pine forest, the Budoni marina and the Biderosa Oasis.

The apartment complex is set in beautiful gardens, with independent entrances around or near the swimming pool. With: reception 09: 00/13: 00 and 17: 00/20: 00; Swimming pool, use of bicycles (a limited number and deposit for use € 50,00), WI-FI common area, communal barbecue, communal washing machine, soccer field, bar restaurant with external management and playground. Pets allowed with supplement (except in common areas).

Apartaments

Finely furnished and with an independent entrance, they are located inside the main building or outside in the immediate vicinity.

They can be on the ground floor with a patio or on the 1st floor with a balcony, equipped with table and chairs. They are equipped with oven, TV, toaster, (some with gas leak sensors and emergency alarm), air conditioning (mono 1 split; bilo/trilo 2 splits), iron and ironing board (on request), kettle, hairdryer and 1 sun umbrella provided, possibility to hire baby equipment. They are divided into the following types

Mono 2 (23 sqm): consisting of living room with double bed, kitchenette, bathroom. Possibility of cot (with supplement).
Bilo 4 (30-37 sqm): living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom. Possibility of cot (with supplement).
Trilo 6 (50 sqm): living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom. Possibility of cot (with supplement).

They can be on the ground floor with patio or on the 1st floor with balcony furnished with table and chairs. They have an oven, TV, toaster, (some with sensors for gas leaks and an emergency alarm), air conditioning, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. Amenities and 1 beach umbrella provided. Possibility to rent equipment for babies.

In nearby Budoni (2 km) there is a wide choice of bars, open-air clubs, discos, restaurants and pizzerias, archaeological sites, wildlife, folklore, nature, food and wine itineraries and much more.
