The residential complex was designed reflecting the tradition and architecture of the Island. Pedestrian paths inserted in the green connect the apartments to the equipped swimming pool. At guests' disposal reception 09:00/13:00 and 16:30/20:00, relaxation area, WI-FI throughout the facility, bar (opening at the discretion of the management), use of bicycles subject to availability (deposit for use € 50), washing machine and dryer for common use, solarium, equipped swimming pool, playground, communal barbecue, unattended parking. Pets allowed with extra charge (excluding common areas).

Where to live

All apartments are made of typical Sardinian stone and, set in manicured gardens, created with typical Mediterranean scrub plants and wind-sculpted granite rocks of Gallura. Comfortably furnished, they can be on the ground floor with a furnished patio or on the second floor with a furnished veranda. They are all equipped with kitchenette, electric kettle, air conditioning, TV, WI-FI, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board (on request), hair dryer and 1 umbrella provided. Possibility to rent baby equipment. They are divided into the following types:

Mono 2 (30 sq m):consist of living room with kitchenette, low beds that can be joined, and bathroom with shower. Possibility of crib with extra charge.

Bilo 4 (40-50 sq m): consist of a double bedroom, living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom. Possibility of a crib or 5th bed with extra charge.

In nearby Palau wide choice of bars, outdoor clubs, discos, restaurants, pizzerias and possibility to reach by ferry the Maddalena archipelago.
