The property is located a few hundred meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, "La Pelosa," which overlooks the Marine Protected Area of Asinara Island that became a National Park in 2002; it is 3 km from Stintino, 20 km from Porto Torres, 53 km from Alghero and 145 km from Olbia.

Beach

The sea is 100 meters from the facility; 250 meters away is the protected beach of "La Pelosa" with closed numbers and entrance by reservation. In the nearby beaches of "Gabbiano" and "La Pelosetta" there are bathing establishments for those who wish to rent umbrellas and sunbeds (the opening of services is at the discretion of private managers).

the residence built in 2020, with contemporary design, consists of 5 housing groups surrounded by gardens; inside the structure, shared with all guests, there is a communal barbecue for outdoor grilling. They have air conditioning, smoke detector, Smart satellite TV, WI-FI, kitchenette equipped with dishes, cutlery, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and coffee machine with pods or capsules. They are divided into the following types:

Bilo 4 Comfort (38 sq m): living room with kitchenette (2 induction hobs), built-in table fridge, pull-out sofa bed (size 180 cm), double bedroom, bathroom.
Bilo 4 Premium (38 sq m): living room with kitchenette (4 induction hobs), refrigerator, dishwasher, double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom.
Trilo 6 Premium (58 sqm): living room with kitchenette (4 induction hobs), refrigerator, dishwasher, double sofa bed, double bedroom, small bedroom with double bed, bathroom.

An ancient fishing village, Stintino, which is only 3 km away, is known for its picturesque harbor and new marina surrounded by typical restaurants and, on summer evenings, enlivened by the colorful night market. In the immediate vicinity are: bars, restaurants and ice cream parlors. For sportsmen diving, kite and windsurfing centers; possibilities for trekking and boat excursions.
