THE PRICE INCLUDES:
Final cleaning, water, electricity, 1 supply of bed linen and towels per week, for stays of 14
days or more 1 free rearrangement (except kitchenette), air conditioning, use of barbecue, use of
self-service laundry, private parking, indoor and outdoor use of bicycles subject to availability
(deposit for use € 50.00).
Final cleaning is included, excluded kitchenette that is under responsability of the guest;
otherwhise will be charched a supplement of € 50,00.

MANDATORY:
- Tourist tax compulsory for the town of Stintino, the amount varies depending on the period.
- Deposit € 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay after checking the state of the flat.
In case of departures outside the reception office hours, the deposit can be returned by bank
transfer (charges to be paid by the client).
OPTIONAL to be requested at the time of booking:
- Cleaning, excluding kitchenette, Bilo € 50,00 - Trilo € 70,00.
- Beach towel € 5,00 per change
- Extra bath linen € 10,00 per person per change; extra bed linen € 10 per person per change

Location
The property is located a few hundred meters from La Pelosa, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, which overlooks the protected marine area of the island of Asinara. This became a National Park in 2002. It is 3 km from Stintino, 20 km from Porto Torres, 53 km from Alghero and 145 km from Olbia.
Beach
The sea is 100 meters from the hotel. La Pelosas beach is 250 metres with limited number of admissions by reservation. On the nearby beaches : Gabbiano and La Pelosetta there are bathing establishments for those wishing to rent beach umbrellas and beach loungers (the opening of services is at the discretion of private managers).
Facilities and services
The residence was built in 2020. It has a contemporary design and is made up of 5 residential units surrounded by gardens; inside the structure, shared by all guests, there is a condominium barbecue for outdoor grilling. Reception 09: 00/13: 00 and 16: 30/20: 30. WI-FI, bicycles (free of charge with a € 50.00 security deposit), children's play corner, laundry area with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron; internal private parking. Pets allowed with supplement (except common areas).
The guest areas
56 finely furnished apartments equipped with every comfort, can be on the ground floor with patio or on the first floor with terrace, both with table and chairs. They have air conditioning, smoke detector, Smart satellite TV, WI-FI, kitchenette equipped with crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and coffee machine with pods or capsules.
Activities and Entertainment
Stintino is an old fishing village only 3 km away. This is known for its picturesque marina and the new harbour, surrounded by traditional restaurants and, in the summer evenings, animated by a colourful night market. In the immediate vicinity there are: bars, restaurants and ice cream parlors. For sports enthusiasts: diving, kite and windsurfing centers; possibility of trekking and boat excursions.

those who book villas with swimming pool, will be required, together with the delivery of the

under their own responsibility, as these are private pools with a maximum height of 1.40 metres,
for which the presence of lifeguards is not required.
