Position

Le Fontane residence is located in Villasimius, on the south-eastern coast of Sardinia, characterized by long beaches of fine white sand and a shallow sea with incredible colours. Thanks to its location, you can easily reach some of the most beautiful beaches, to name a few: the protected area of Capo Carbonara, Porto Giunco and Punta Molentis. The property is located a few hundred meters (10/15 minutes walk) from the town centre, the airport and port of Cagliari are about 50 km away.

Beach

About 2,500 meters from the Simius beach, municipal bus service to the beaches (external service for a fee). Within a few kilometers, some of the most beautiful beaches in southern Sardinia. Possibility of beach service (private management).

Facilities and services

Reception 09: 00/13: 00 and 17: 00/20: 00; lift, swimming pool, WI-FI common area, use of bicycles until exhaustion (deposit for use € 50), limited luggage storage, shared barbecue, parking, bar, market. Pets allowed with supplement (except common areas).

The guest areas

43 units, located on the 1st or 2nd floor with balcony, equipped with table and chairs. They have oven, TV, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, telephone for internal use, washing machine for communal use, hairdryer. Courtesy kit and 1 umbrella provided. Possibility to rent equipment for babies. All with equipped kitchenette and with everything needed for cooking.

In Villasimius there numerous attractions: archaeological sites, museums, the possibility of practicing various sports, discos, clubs, shops and restaurants where you can taste the culinary specialties and excellent wines of the area.
