Perfectly set in the context of the pretty village of Sos Alinos. It is about 10 km from the center of Orosei and 80 km from Olbia.

Beach

It is located about 1,400/1,600 meters from the sea, near the beach of Cala Liberotto, one of the most beautiful and renowned tourist resorts in the Gulf of Orosei. There is no beach service provided.

Structure and services

The residence with swimming pool with pleasant lines typical of the architecture of Sardinia, is spread over three floors and consists of two bodies that converge in the lobby and covered porches overlooking the lovely swimming pool. Unattended outdoor public parking. Pets allowed only small dogs, on request for a fee, excluding all rooms and common areas. Free wifi in the lobby.

Where to live

The elegantly furnished apartments are equipped with all major amenities and services, most with balcony or veranda equipped with table, chairs and clothesline. They are all equipped with air conditioning at set times, kitchenette with electric or gas hotplates, microwave or electric oven, refrigerator, TV, safe, private bathroom with bathtub or shower, hair dryer, and include bed and bath linens (no change, and no kitchen linens) and end-of-stay cleaning excluding kitchenette.

They are divided into the following types:

Studio apartment 2: consists of a single room, furnished with a double bed or two single beds, possibility of 1 extra bed or 1 crib. Very small space for the 3rd person.

Two-room apartment4: The apartment consists of a double room, plus living room with kitchenette, 3rd bed in single sofa bed plus pull-out bed for 4th bed.

Trilo 4: consists of 2 double rooms, living room with kitchenette.

In some apartments possibility of a crib or extra bed. With the crib or extra bed the space available may be limited.

Entertainment and activities

The residence is in close proximity to newsstands, tobacconists, bars, pizzerias, supermarkets, restaurants, and bus stop for Olbia and Orosei. Pharmacy 50 meters away and medical guard 12 km away.
