The residence is nestled within the Mediterranean bush, and the apartments are arranged du several levels among beautiful granite rocks. Pets allowed, on request.

Where to live

35 apartments, authentic in their "Costa Smeralda" style and functional, with every comfort inside and with pleasant living terraces overlooking the sea and garden. They consist of kitchenette with electric hotplates, refrigerator, color TV, telephone, dishwasher, bathroom with bathtub or shower. They are divided into the following types:

Two-room apartments (40-50 sq m): consisting of living room with two beds, kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom.
Three-room apartments (50-60 sq m): consisting of living room with two beds, double bedroom, twin bedroom, two bathrooms.

A vacation to enjoy

Half board can be booked at the Club Hotel restaurant, which is 200 meters away, upon request and for a fee.

Entertainment and activities

Extra charge: Tennis Club with three courts also with night lighting; Baja Hotels "Aqua Center" with diving and snorkeling with top professionals; Shopping Center in the small square of Baja Sardinia. Restaurant "Somu" in the wonderful terrace on the sea; offers excellent fish cuisine but not only. Cala Zafferano (beautiful sailing boat), ideal for a fantastic trip to the islands and enchanting beaches of the Maddalena Archipelago with lunch at anchorage served on board.
