Traditions, knowledge, flavours, sounds and scents of a barbaric culture immersed in a beautiful landscape, a combination of nature and ethnography.
The itinerary of the Park Museum was born from the restoration of an old farm and runs for 400 meters between megalithic walkways, secular trees, hedges of Mediterranean maquis.
The dominant element is water: the spring.
S'Abba Frisca, as well as naming the Park, feeds fountains, waterfalls and a pond. Inside the Park, the old farm is today the largest ethnographic museum in Sardinia that gives a cross-section of rural life between the seventeenth and early twentieth century.
The Park also has a small farm with pets and wild animals.
In summer, on fixed dates or by reservation it is possible to attend the exhibitions of arts and crafts at the "Museo Vivente". Among the proposed activities there is the cooking of carasau bread, the grinding of wheat, the processing of filigree and many others.
The Park Museum S'Abba Frisca is one of the main attractions of Cala Gonone and Dorgali located 5 km from their urban centres and tells the story of Sardinia in a process.
Highly recommended especially for families.
