Location

Located halfway between Villasimius and Costa Rei, in Cala Sinzias, a small hamlet in the municipality of Castiadas, about 50 km from Cagliari.

Beach

400 m from Cala Sinzias beach, with fine white sand and sloping sea, reserved and equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds (1st and 2nd rows for a fee).

Structure and services

Tourist complex perfectly integrated into the beautiful natural scenery of Sardinia. Common services are located in the central area of the village, a few meters away from the rooms and easily accessible. Reception, restaurant, bar, 1 swimming pool for adults with a total area of 360 square meters equipped with spacious seating with whirlpool, an effervescent plate for hydrotherapy (foot and leg massage) and a waterfall to have fun with water, equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas; 1 swimming pool for children designed for their fun with games in complete safety, with its 670 square meters of area and a green island placed in its center, with shallow and safe pool and slide entrance without steps. The Pool Bar is the traditional gathering and meeting place for the guests of the resort. Here you can listen to music while comfortably reclining and sipping a drink outside. Wi-fi in common areas.
Pets allowed, on request, small pets (maximum 10 kg), with an extra charge of euro 10.00 per night, access excluded from common areas and the beach.

Where to live

53 independent cottages and 52 rooms on terraced houses located in the central area of the complex, only 400 meters from the beach, differentiated by features and accommodation capacity. They are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, telephone, TV, mini-fridge, safe, bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Rooms for disabled guests are available. They are divided into the following types:

Comfort Rooms: newly built (year 2019), arranged on terraced houses, located in the area closest to the lobby and main services, most are on the ground floor, and all have a patio equipped with table and chairs. They can accommodate a maximum of 3 people + 1 crib.
Family Rooms (in detached cottage): completely renovated in 2022, ideal for vacationing with the family in tow, organized in a room equipped with a double bed plus sleeping compartment consisting of 2 single flat beds for a maximum of 4 people + 1 crib. Outside you can enjoy a large and bright patio with lounge overlooking the garden.
Superior Family Rooms (in independent cottage): completely renovated in 2020, they consist of a spacious and comfortable room with a double bed and a second room that can accommodate up to three beds (a single bed and a bunk bed), for a total maximum of 5 people + 1 crib). Outside you can enjoy a large and bright patio with living room overlooking the garden.

A vacation to enjoy

the Limone Beach Restaurant is a cozy and familiar environment in which to spend relaxing moments enjoying fresh, first-rate dishes. Located in the central part of the Resort, it has a bright terrace and enjoys an enviable position, facing the swimming pool and the main square. Buffet lunch and dinner service (water and wine included with meals), consisting of selected foods of great variety, expertly prepared by the chef. For those with celiac disease, the facility provides basic foods such as pasta, bread, and cookies (note: since they do not have separate kitchens, food non-contamination is not guaranteed). Biberoneria: an equipped area where meals can be cooked for young guests up to 3 years old (an assistant will be present during main meals) and find specific foods (broths, vegetable purees, cheeses, whole and semi-skimmed milk, yogurt, pastries, meat/fish, fresh fruit). Homogenized food and fresh/powdered milk are excluded.

Entertainment and activities

Club Card: (compulsory, to be paid on site, from 3 years of age) includes beach service from the third row (2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella per room), beach towel provided free of charge with deposit and midweek change, swimming pools with whirlpool, Junior pool for the little ones, beach volleyball, 1 multipurpose tennis and soccer field with synthetic grass, evening piano bar, Jane Club (3/11 years) and Junior Club (12/16 years) at set times: games, entertainment and sports for a vacation full of fun and new friends; table soccer, table tennis. For an additional fee: wellness area designed for those who want to indulge in relaxation and wellness. It offers relaxing, sports and holistic massages and customized wellness programs. A little corner of paradise where you can indulge in exclusive moments for harmony of body and mind; diving, surfing and sailing school (with equipment rental), scuba tank refills, dinghy excursions, accompanied diving excursions.
