Structure and services

The Resort, with its iconic arches and striking design, embellished with relaxation areas with an oriental flavor, turns out to be an oasis of peace where the architecture ensures the right amount of privacy for the refined rooms, surrounded by gardens and backing onto the enchanting square overlooked by the restaurant, breakfast room, bar and two scenic swimming pools equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. Wi-Fi in rooms and in almost all areas inside the resort, bookstore at reception, porterage, private, internal and unattended parking. Boutiques, hairdresser, laundry and ironing facilities, car and scooter rental available for a fee.

Where to live

100 rooms with private terrace or patio, furnished in elegant minimalist style with warm tones or exotic style with fine design, arranged in two-story courtyards (ground or first), all surrounded by English lawns, palm trees, olive trees and fountains. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, electronic safe, Wi-Fi, TV, minibar (consumptions at extra charge), telephone, private bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer, toiletries, and furnished patio or balcony. They are divided into the following types:

Classic (21 sq m): located all on the ground floor, these rooms with queen-size double beds overlook gardens and enjoy a practical furnished patio covered or enhanced by a pergola, shaded with drapes. Bathroom with bidet, large mosaic walk-in shower and a marble vanity top complete the room.
Prestige (23 sqm): all arranged on the ground floor, these rooms turn out to be a more spacious, sought-after and quiet version, as they enjoy more privacy and silence, not being overlooked by another room. They offer a large renovated mosaic-tiled bathroom with countertops and a large marble shower. They also boast 43" 4K TV, wooden ceiling with exposed beams and patio shaded by pergola.
Family (38 sqm): arranged on the ground and first floor, they are the ideal solution to enjoy a large space. The entrance leads to a hallway leading to the bathroom, a spacious double bedroom and a separate twin bedroom, both overlooking the patio on the ground floor or the long covered terrace on the first floor. Two closets, two LCD TVs (26" and 32") and two minibars allow the rooms to be lived in almost independently, even for two couples of friends. There is only one private bathroom in the Family Rooms.
Superior (21 sqm): arranged on the first floor of the courtyards, they enjoy enviable privacy and feature pleasant wooden ceilings with exposed beams. They boast a comfortable covered or draped terrace, equipped with chairs and small table, which makes the rooms very panoramic and particularly bright. They offer inside a comfortable queen-size bed, a large sofa, a desk, a brand new 43" 4K TV, and a bathroom with bidet, marble vanity top, and renovated walk-in shower with mosaic tile.

Deluxe (21/46 sqm): on the ground or first floor and arranged in the renovated "Corte Deluxe", located in a privileged position with respect to the beach and pool, are characterized by total modernization. Precious marble floors from Orosei, uniquely designed furniture are some of the many pluses along with a 50" 4K TV and additional evening room rearrangement. Each room is also reserved a spot with one umbrella and two sunbeds in the first row on the beach. They include in their amenities bathrobes in the bathroom, kettle with tea and instant coffee kits in the room and patio or terrace furnished with armchairs. They offer larger bathrooms where, in addition to the walk-in shower, there is a beautiful pure marble bathtub with chromotherapy.
Premium (21 sqm): on the first floor and arranged in the renovated "Corte Deluxe," located in a privileged position with respect to the beach and pool, they feature a total modernization and a 15 sqm private terrace enriched with a whirlpool tub, two deckchairs and draped pergola. Precious Orosei marble floors, uniquely designed furniture are some of the many pluses along with a 50" 4K TV and additional evening room rearrangement. Each room is also reserved a spot with a beach umbrella and two sunbeds in the first row on the beach. Entirely renovated in 2023, the new and enchanting Exoticus, a charming restaurant features a stunning indoor dining room, a romantic courtyard facing the iconic plaza, Indian-made furnishings, precious fabrics, and tropical plants, enhancing an unforgettable gourmet dining experience. Elaborate dishes that pay homage to Italian and Sardinian cuisine with a four-course evening menu with sophisticated oriental contamination. Breakfast is served inside the beautiful and bright Breakfast Room, facing the pool and the sea, both visible from every angle thanks to large panoramic windows. The air-conditioned indoor room and fine marble floors provide an extremely elegant atmosphere, where an à la carte menu for dishes and hot beverages served directly at the table support a brand-new, curated buffet.
