Location
Located in Narbolia, Is Arenas, along the west coast of Sardinia, it is 27 km from Oristano and 110 km from Cagliari and 187 km from Olbia.
Beach
Just 400 meters from the beautiful and unspoiled beach of Is Arenas, about 5 km long, with fine white sand and crystal clear sea. Walking along the wide avenues of the pine forest in which the facility is immersed, you can access the shoreline area equipped with reserved umbrellas, sunbeds and beach towels and the Is Arenas Beach Club, where you can enjoy excellent cocktails and quick dishes until sunset.

Junior Suite (43-61 sq m): Spacious rooms with double or twin beds, sitting area with desk, sofa, armchair and puff. Large bathroom has bathtub and shower stall, telephone, hair dryer. Almost all with patio/loggia, balcony or terrace. Can accommodate 2 to 3 people.
Family Suite (60 square meters): consisting of two double rooms each with a private bathroom. They can accommodate up to 4 people including all adults.

Deluxe Bungalow (64-69 sq. m.): 2 double rooms, one of which is double, the other with double sofa bed plus separate living room equipped with single sofa bed, bathroom with shower, bidet, telephone and hair dryer. Ground floor with patio or 1st floor with terrace/balcony, can accommodate up to 2 adults and three children 3-11.99 years old.
Garden Suite Luxury(240 sqm): in an exclusive and private area of the pine forest, the ideal solution for families who require relaxation and privacy. It has 4 bathrooms, 3 double bedrooms, 3 walk-in closets, 2 living rooms and 2 patios. Upon request, it can be divided into 2 small, completely independent suites with private bedroom and bathroom.
Garden Suite (100 sq m): apartment equipped with large master bedroom with walk-in closet, 2 bathrooms, living area with table and living room with sofa and armchairs with patio.
Garden Suite Deluxe (140 sq m): apartment equipped with 2 large double bedrooms with walk-in closets, 2 bathrooms and large living room with table, sofa and armchair with patio.
A vacation to enjoy
The elegant "Janas Restaurant," equipped with an indoor dining room with large windows on the terrace overlooking the pool or pine forest, offers catering of the highest standard. Rich international buffet breakfast and dinner served at the table with traditional Mediterranean meat and fish dishes. Possibility of a la carte lunch. Particular attention will be paid to the choice of raw materials, seasonal and km 0. Vegetarian, lactose-free and gluten-free dishes can be requested at no extra charge.

Junior Suite with Private Pool (28 sqm + garden from 30sqm): designed as a small villa surrounded by greenery, it consists internally of a single open space room with sleeping area equipped with double bed and living area with TV corner, bathroom with shower. Outside, a large private garden for exclusive use, protected by granite perimeter walls and hedges to protect privacy, English lawn with beautiful private pool and local plants, equipped with a lovely outdoor living room, with elegant armchairs, dinner corner, sun loungers and umbrella.

A sliding door leads to a terrace directly overlooking the beautiful scenery of the La Maddalena Archipelago and frontal sea view, furnished with comfortable armchairs and small table. Junior Suite Queen Eli (37 sqm + terrace of about 25 sqm): Brand new and luxurious Junior Suite, with a wonderful panoramic and sea view over the entire Gulf of Arzachena and the Maddalena Archipelago. The room is a large open space with double bed and sitting area, from here you access the bathroom with large walk-in shower and sea view window, on the opposite side available a spacious walk-in closet completes the interior of the room. The large terrace enjoys a panoramic sea view from both sides, one in the shade equipped by a comfortable sitting area and a sun terrace equipped with sun loungers and umbrella, to fully enjoy the outdoor space, view, sun and fresh air.
Junior Suite Deluxe (40 sqm + terrace of about 20 sqm): located in the main body of the hotel, with independent entrance on a large veranda surrounded by greenery equipped with comfortable sofas, table and chairs to ensure relaxation and exclusivity in the open air. Inside, an open space that winds between the living and sleeping areas enriched with architectural and design elements that recall, in splendid modernity, the Sardinian tradition.
