Standard Central Body (19-23 sqm): double or twin room, is located in the Central Body of the hotel. Equipped with bathroom with bathtub and balcony overlooking internal driveway.

Sea View Central Body (22-24 sqm): double or twin room, is located in the Central Body of the hotel. Equipped with a bathroom with bathtub and a balcony with sea view.

Prestige Central Body (25-28 sqm): room completely renovated in 2021, elegant and finely furnished, featuring open space with living area and equipped balcony overlooking garden/parking area.

Superior Sea View Central Body (25-30 sqm): an elegant room completely renovated in 2021, it is located in the Central Body of the hotel. Double or twin, it has a bathroom with shower, sofa bed and balcony overlooking the sea and the island of Caprera.

Junior Suite Central Body (25-28 sqm): larger in size, with a balcony or furnished terrace overlooking the sea, and bathroom with whirlpool bath.

Sea Side Residence (20-23 sq m): double or twin room located in the Hotel Residence, has sofa bed, balcony with partial sea view and bathroom with bathtub.

Junior Suite Residenza (25-28 sqm): a large double or twin room located in the hotel's Residenza, it has a sofa bed, balcony with side sea view and bathroom with bathtub.

Garden Suite Residence (30-45 sqm): built in 2023 and with direct access from the garden of the Residence, it is tastefully furnished in a modern style. Equipped with a bedroom with walk-in closet, living area, furnished veranda and bathroom with shower.

Nelson Lodge (28-35 sq m): a short walk from the main building (50-80 meters), spacious, newly built. From the terrace it enjoys an enchanting sea view of the bay and the La Maddalena archipelago. It is equipped with a private bathroom with shower.

Spargi Suite/Suite Budelli (44 sqm): built in 2021, it is located in the main building and consists of a large open space with living room and terrace equipped with armchairs, table and chaise longue from which to enjoy a splendid sea view. Caprera Suite/Suite Maddalena (50 sqm): built in 2021, it is located in the main building and consists of a large open space with living room and terrace equipped with armchairs, table and chaise longue from which to enjoy a splendid sea view.
