Located in the southwestern part of Sardinia, it is about 45 km from Cagliari.

Part of "The Leading Hotels of the World" collection, the hotel Villa del Parco & Spa is a haven of extraordinary charm and intimacy, surrounded by greenery and by a short walk from the Acquaforte Spa.

The Guest areas

Splendid rooms of the hotel were completely renovated in the main building and private bungalows in a century-old park, were also completely renovated. All rooms have air conditioning, telephone, LCD TV, DVD player, minibar, safe, and bathroom with shower and bathtub. The Barbie ™ outfit for girls is available on request at a supplementary charge. The rooms are divided into the following types:

Luxury Room (30-42 sqm): on the ground floor with a patio or on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the garden, extremely comfortable and elegant, the rooms have two Queen Size beds, a bathroom with bathtub and/ or shower. Possibility of third bed and cot.

Bungalow  Deluxe (35 sqm + 25 sqm veranda): on the ground floor with a private terrace, surrounded by a garden of scents and colours. The sleeping area is equipped with a matrimonial bed or two single beds, and a bathroom with a bath and shower. Extra bed on request. Possibility of communicating bungalows.

A holiday to taste

Breakfast is served on the beautiful patio of the Villa del Parco, while the Belvedere restaurant, on the hotel's panoramic terrace overlooking the pine forest and the sea, welcomes guests for dinner. Guests can also dine without reservation in the Pineta, Bellavista and Forte Grill restaurants and by reservation at Cavalieri (totally renovated), Le Dune, and Brazilian and Sardinian restaurants. There is a restaurant for children, a structure designed to meet all the needs of children with a menu that includes captivating but also healthy dishes. Some gourmet and a la carte restaurants require reservations and a supplementary charge: Heinz Beck, Terrazza San Domenico.  Lunch, for a supplementary charge, can be enjoyed at the restaurants on the seafront or at the snack bars. Cuisine for celiacs. 

Entertainment and activities

Awarded "Best Family and Sport Resort in the World", Forte Village has 13 tennis courts: 12 clay courts,1 concrete court, all with lighting, 2 five-a-side football pitches with synthetic grass, 1 regular grass football pitch, jogging path,  tennis coach, aerobics, swimming, windsurfing, water skiing and many more activities. Gym with TechnoGym equipment and personal trainers. For hire:  bikes, use of tennis courts, sports equipment, sports lessons, football school for children, scuba diving and sailing (laser, catamarans), bowling, go-kart rental, riding stables. Shopping is guaranteed in Piazza Luisa, further enriched with new boutiques.

The Acquaforte Spa, known for its thalasso swimming pool circuit, offers a wide range of specialist disciplines led by industry leaders (an important work has been carried out to improve the use of swimming pools in spring and autumn).

The brand new Forte Arena is an extraordinary open-air theatre for high-level shows with internationally renowned guests. Leisureland area where the Forte Fortissimo Discotheque is located. Is Molas Golf Club (10 km from the Resort). 

Children's Wonderland, a green oasis that offers a huge choice of activities, sports, workshops and fun, and the ‘Children's Wonderland with Mario's Village and Barbie House. Fundacion Real Madrid Football Academy offers children important training sessions with professional coaches from the Spanish team, activities, game techniques and in the evening a match. The week finishes with a tournament and awards ceremony. Sports academies, tennis and rugby. Swimming, basketball, cycling, netball, boxing, dancing, Acquapark and park games.
