LATE ARRIVALS: Arrivals after hours must be communicated in advance to the facility. For
any arrivals after midnight, guests will be welcomed and accommodated the following day,
or, upon request at the time of booking, accepted with an extra charge of € 50, to be paid locally.
For clients arriving after 8 p.m., a telephone number is required.
THE PRICE INCLUDES: energy consumption (electricity, water and gas), first supply of bed linen
bed linen (linen change every 7 nights for stays of at least 14 nights), air conditioning, "SET
SEA" provided inside the apartment (1 beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs), use of swimming pool;
WI-FI.

- No refund will be given in case of early departure and unused nights. -
Location
Located between Castelsardo and Santa Teresa Gallura, it is 200 meters from the center of Badesi, 40 km from Porto Torres and 80 km from Olbia or Alghero.
Beach
2.5 km from the sandy beach "Li Junchi." About 3 km from the sandy beach "Li Mindi" with, at 200/300 m, unguarded uncovered parking reserved for residence guests.
Structure and services
The facility consists of 3 complexes, about 100 m apart, each with a swimming pool. At guests' disposal: reception 09:00/13:00 and 17:00/20:00; uncovered unattended indoor parking. Small children's playground, bocce court, communal barbecue with adjoining picnic area, laundromat, wi-fi, panoramic bar/restaurant. Pets not allowed.
Where to live
The residences consist of carefully furnished one- and two-level terraced apartments with separate entrances. They are equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette, TV, safe, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, air conditioning, microwave oven, wi-fi connection, bathroom with shower stall, and furnished veranda or balcony. Courtesy kit, 1 beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs provided. They are divided into the following types:
Studio apartment 2 (33 sq m): consisting of living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed.
Two-room apartment 4 (44 sq m): consisting of living room with kitchenette and double or double sofa bed, double room.
Bilo 4 Sea View (44 sqm): consisting of living room with kitchenette and double or twin sofa bed, double bedroom with sea view.
Trilocale 6 / Trilocale 6 Vista Mare (51 sqm): composed of living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom. Some with sea view.Entertainment and activities
In Badesi (about 200 mt) various stores, bars, restaurants, medical service and pharmacy. For a fee: on the beach rental of umbrellas and deck chairs, dinghies, windsurfing (possibility of courses), pedal boats, canoes, sailboats with excursions, public bus to Badesi mare, at scheduled times.
