Location

It stands directly on the sea in Pittulongu, along the scenic road from Olbia to Golfo Aranci. It is 8 km from Olbia, 10 km from Golfo Aranci and about 40 km from Porto Cervo.

Beach

In front of the hotel, with a gently sloping seabed, white sandy beach with a part for the exclusive use of Resort guests only; equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas with bather assistance during the day. Service is included until 21/06 and from 14/09 and for a fee from 22/06 to 13/09; beach towels available free of charge with daily change. In front of the beach, lawn with teak sunbeds and umbrellas available only to guests of Deluxe sea view rooms, Junior Suites and Suites.

Structure and services

Characterized by an architectural style that blends seamlessly with its surroundings, the resort is romantically located, set amidst a flower garden and bougainvillea paths. For the ultimate in tranquility, the hotel is Adults Only and only accepts guests 16 years of age and older. It consists of two main buildings, "The Pelican Villa" and the Main Building. Circular freshwater pool, equipped, outdoor Whirlpool Jacuzzi on the lawn of The Pelican Villa (available to all resort guests). Lobby with 24-hour front desk, free wi-fi in public areas and all rooms, internet point, laundry service and garage for a fee. Small dogs (maximum 5 kg) allowed on request for a fee.

Sixty-five rooms, divided into various types, distributed in two facilities, Pelican Villa and Main Building, are divided into the following types:

The Pelican Villa: 26 double-double rooms with a romantic ambience, overlooking the transparent sea or the flower garden; they are located on the ground or second floor and are furnished in modern Mediterranean style, refined with elegant design. They are equipped with private bathroom with shower, satellite TV, telephone, air conditioning, minibar, hair dryer, safe, tea/coffee maker, slippers, courtesy line. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available on the green in front of the beach for guests of Deluxe sea view rooms, Junior Suites and Suites only. Some of them enjoy a beautiful view of the Gulf of Olbia and the island of Tavolara.
Superior (18-23 sqm): room with garden or interior view, patio or veranda on the ground floor, balcony on the second floor.
Deluxe sea view (21-25 sqm): room with sea view, balcony, veranda or terrace
Junior Suite (approx. 33 sqm): room with sea view and terrace.
Wonder Junior Suite (approx. 37 sqm): room located on the second floor with private balcony facing the sea.
Sand Suite (approx. 46 sqm): room positioned on the ground floor with private veranda facing the sea.
Rise Suite (approx. 45 sqm): room positioned on the ground floor with private garden view terrace, facing Whirlpool.
Romantic Suite (approx. 47 sqm): room positioned on the second floor with large terrace facing the sea and sunbeds.

Main Building: 39 rooms divided into double-double and comfort rooms, located on the first and second floors, a maximum of 60 meters from the sea, most with a small equipped balcony complete with table and chairs. Equipped with private bathroom with shower, satellite TV, telephone, central air conditioning, minibar, hair dryer, safe, slippers, and complimentary toiletries. For guests looking for a larger space, the Comfort Sea View rooms are indicated with a large living/bedroom area and the ability to comfortably accommodate three people. The interiors are bright with predominance of light tones. The location of the Comfort rooms offers the sea views of the Gulf of Olbia and the island of Tavolara.

Classic Sea Side (about 19 sqm): room with side sea view from the balcony.
Comfort Sea View (approx. 30 sqm): room facing the sea, all with balcony or terrace.

A vacation to enjoy

"Summer Beach Restaurant" is located at The Pelican Villa with large veranda and beautiful sea view, offers all guests a rich breakfast buffet from 8.00 am to 10.30 am. Lunch with table service from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Dinner from 7:30 p.m. until 10 p.m. (8 p.m./10:30 p.m. in high and very high season) with table service and reservation required. Vegetarian cuisine and gluten-free dishes available upon request.
The "Summer Beach Bar" at The Pelican Villa, is open from 11 a.m. to midnight (until 11 p.m. in mid and high season) and offers guests a wide selection of drinks, snacks, drinks and cocktails.

Wonderful "Essential Pelican SPA" spa, for an additional fee, complete with steam bath, Finnish sauna, experience showers, indoor relaxation area, a single massage cabin and a couple's massage cabin, beauty beauty cabin, relaxation area and outdoor hot tub, with packages available upon request.
