- 100% of the total amount for the cancellations done from 03 to 00 days prior to arrival.

Location
It is located 42 km south of Olbia, 6 km from the town of Budoni, 11 km from the pretty marina of Ottiolu, and about 20 km from the lively resort of San Teodoro.
Beach
Directly on the sandy beach lapped by a crystal-clear sea, equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds and with direct access from the property's gardens.
Structure and services
Entirely immersed in a dense pine forest, adjacent to the beach of the same name, it consists of terraced houses connected by green pathways and a main body where the major common areas are located. At guests' disposal: reception with a large reception area, a spectacular infinity pool for adults and children bordering the beach, a relaxation pool for adults, two bars, one central and one by the pool, amphitheater and unattended parking. Small pets allowed on request and for a fee.
Where to live
80 rooms, finely furnished in typical Sardinian style, are spacious, bright, with independent entrances and distributed in three central bodies immersed in the facility's gardens or private pine forest. The rooms are studios, sometimes lofted, equipped with all comforts such as telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning, mini-bar (consumptions on payment), safe, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, balcony or furnished patio. They are divided into the following types:
Classic (16-23 sqm): spacious and bright, finely furnished in typical Sardinian style can accommodate 2 to 3 people.
Superior Sea View (16-23 sqm): spacious and bright, finely furnished in typical Sardinian style, enjoys a sea view and can accommodate up to 4 people.
A vacation to enjoy
The restaurant has two rooms, an air-conditioned indoor room and an outdoor room consisting of a large covered veranda nestled in the pine forest. The food service is entirely buffet style and it is possible to taste both typical Sardinian and national dishes. Breakfast includes an assortment of hot coffee, fruit juices, yogurt, jams, croissants, cereals, baked goods, toast, sliced meats, cheeses and fruit, as well as corners reserved for gluten-free or lactose-free foods and those who are more health-conscious.
At the facility's bar, it will be possible to advance breakfast from 06:00 to 07:30 (to be communicated to reception at least 12 hours in advance and reserved for clients who have a return flight or departure for an excursion before the breakfast room opens) or to continue breakfast from 10:00 onward with reduced service.
Expertly decorated and garnished, lunch and dinner buffets offer a rich variety of mixed appetizers, first and second courses of land and sea with show cooking, pizza, vegetable side dishes, salads, fruits and desserts. Vegetarian, dietary, gluten-free and lactose-free dishes are always available.
Fisherman's Night and Sardinian Night offer an opportunity to appreciate typical cuisine and a passion for the table and conviviality.Baby feeding corner equipped with kitchenette, microwave, mixer, high chairs, and fresh or ready-made products (vegetable purees, fresh tomato puree, pastina, UHT milk, yogurt, hazelnut cream, jam, rusks, cookies, fresh fruit; excluding fresh or powdered milk, baby-specific baby food).
Upon request, for guests who cannot have lunch or dinner due to departures or excursions or any other event, a pocket lunch/dinner consisting of 2 sandwiches, cheese, cookies, Nutella or jam, soft drink or juice or wine (contents may vary at the discretion of the hotel) can be requested.
All Inclusive Formula:
At the restaurant (12:30 - 14:00 + 19:30 - 21:30): mineral and natural water, house wine (white and red), draft beer, soft drinks (Coca Cola, Orangeade).
At the Pool Bar (10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.): mineral and natural water, draft beer, soft drinks (Coca Cola, Aranciata), iced and/or hot tea, ice cream, fruit juices, espresso and dek coffee, cappuccino, prosecco, mirto, limoncello, local grappa. From 7 pm to 7:45 pm alcoholic and non-alcoholic aperitifs. In addition throughout the opening hours of the Pool Bar, a corner with fresh fruit will be available.
Snacks at the Pool Bar (11:00-12:30 + 17:00-18:30): focaccia or pizza and cakes.Entertainment and activities
The Club Card includes the use of sports fields: multipurpose field (Football, Tennis, Basketball), bowling green, mini golf and playground. Baby Club (3-5 years) and Mini Club (6-11 years) at set times will make your vacation unforgettable by offering discovery, sports and creative activities. For adults it will be possible to take yoga classes, do sports activities and relax listening to music at the piano bar or enjoy evening shows organized periodically by the facility. For an additional fee, possibility of mountain bike rental, water sports, motor boat rental with or without a driver, diving, massage.
