Position

Located in the Gulf of Orosei (Marine Park), the locality "Marina", on the East Central Coast of Sardinia, is 1.5 km from the centre of Orosei, about 90 km from the port and airport of Olbia and about 115 km from Golfo Aranci.

Beach 

Just 250 meters from the splendid and unspoiled beach of Su Barone, a golden beach of about 7 km long, with medium-grained golden sand and crystal clear sea. Walking along a short path surrounded by beautiful blooming oleanders and crossing the wooden bridge, customers access the beach equipped with reserved umbrellas with sunbeds and the Beach Bar. The places on the beach from the third row are included in the room rate. It's possible to book in case of availability and pay on the spot for the first row at the price of €20,00 per day and the second row at the price of €15,00 per day. 

Structure and services

Set in the famous Marina Resort of the Gulf of Orosei, the picturesque village offers accommodation set within a 23-hectare park with manicured gardens, vast lawns and orchards connected by wide avenues paved with mosaic stone. Next to the main building, the swimming pool is located and equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas and the Pool Bar. It is also possible for guests to access the swimming pool park of Marina Beach which is spread over an area of 4000 square meters, forming a real mini-village on the water. At guests' disposal reception, wi-fi, bazaar area, pharmacy, medical clinic and free unattended parking.

The guest areas:

120 spacious and light rooms with all comfort, all located in the same central building with lift on two floors. All rooms are decorated in typical Sardinian style and equipped with balconies or closed verandas, satellite TV, safe, wi-fi, telephone, air-conditioning, mini-bar (consumption at an extra price),  kettle, bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The rooms are divided into the following types:

Classic (16-23 sqm): large and bright, elegantly furnished in typical Sardinian style with warm and welcoming colours, has a balcony or covered veranda facing the garden and can accommodate from 2 to 4 people (quadruple with bunk bed).

Superior (16-23 sqm): large and bright, elegantly furnished in typical Sardinian style with warm and pleasant colours, has a balcony or covered veranda facing the sea or the pool and can accommodate from 2 to 4 people (quadruple with bunk bed).

Family: large and bright, elegantly furnished in typical Sardinian style with warm and pleasant colours, is the ideal solution for families as it consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. With a single entrance, it has a balcony or covered veranda facing the garden.

A holiday of taste

The hotel restaurant offers a spacious air-conditioned hall as well as a big open terrace. The restaurant proposes a buffet-style service with typical Mediterranean dishes made with selected ingredients. The strength of the hotel cuisine is the usage of fresh local products, like fish coming directly from the Gulf of Orosei, meat and cheese produced by local farms and vegetables and fruits grown in the surrounding countryside.

Breakfast includes an assortment of hot coffee, fruit juices, yoghurt, jams, croissants, cereals, pastries, toast, cold cuts, cheese and fruit and corners reserved for gluten-free or lactose-free foods and those who are more attentive to their health.

At the bar of the hotel customers who have a return flight or departure for an excursion before the opening of the breakfast room can anticipate breakfast from 06:00 to 07:30 (to be communicated and reserved at the reception at least 12 hours in advance) or continue breakfast from 10:00 onwards with reduced service.

Expertly decorated and garnished, the lunch and dinner buffets offer a rich variety of mixed appetizers, first and second dishes of land and sea with show cooking, and side dishes of vegetables, salads, fruit and desserts. Vegetarian, dietary, gluten-free and lactose-free dishes are always available. The Fisherman’s Evening, the Sardinian Evening and the Gala Evening offer the opportunity to appreciate the typical cuisine and the passion for the table and conviviality. Appropriate clothing is welcome for dinner.

Inside the restaurant, there is an area reserved for children with dedicated menus (open 30 minutes before the official opening time). 

On request, for clients who can not have lunch or dinner due to departures or excursions or any other event, you can request the pocket lunch/ dinner consisting of 2 sandwiches, cheese, biscuits, Nutella or jam, drink or juice or wine (content may vary at the discretion of the hotel).

Formula All Inclusive: 

At the restaurant (12:30–14:30 + 19:30–21:30): mineral water with and without gas, home wine (red, white and rose), draught beer, soft drinks (Coca Cola, Aranciata, Limonata, etc).

At Pool Bar (10:00 – 24:00): mineral water with and without gas, home wine (red, white and rose), draught beer, soft drinks(Coca Cola, Aranciata, Limonata, etc), cold and hot tea, fruit juices, caffè espresso and decaffeinated, cappuccino, prosecco, mirto, limoncello, local grappa, whiskey, gin, sambuca, rum, vodka, brandy, cocktails (Spritz, Gin Tonic, Mohito alcoholic and nonalcoholic, Cuba Libre, Whisky Cola). Moreover, during all opening hours of Pool Bar, there is a corner with fresh fruits.

At Beach Bar (09:00 – 19:00): soft drinks (Cola, Aranciata, Limonata, etc), cold and hot tea, and fruit juices.

Snacks at Pool Bar (11:00-12:30 + 17:00-18:30): focaccia, pizza, hamburger, hot-dog, French fries.

Activities and Entertainment

Use of sports fields: 6 multipurpose courts for tennis and football, 1 basketball court and 1 bowls court, morning acquagym, evening piano-bar; equipped gym with Technogym equipment at Club Marina Beach.
At Club Marina Beach: Baby Club (3-5 years old), Mini Club (6-11 years old) and Junior Club (12-17 years old) at scheduled times; evening shows at the central theatre. At extra charge: mountain bike rental, mountain bike tours, water sports, motorboat rental (with or without skipper), diving (initial test for free; courses at extra charge).
