Located in Narbolia, Is Arenas, along the west coast of Sardinia, it is 27 km from Oristano and 110 km from Cagliari and 187 km from Olbia.

Beach

Superior (36-41 sq m): equipped with a double or twin bed, sitting area with a desk, sofa and armchair, bathroom with bathtub and shower stall, telephone, hair dryer. Some may have balcony/terrace or patio. Can accommodate 2 to 3 people.

Junior Suite (43-61 sq m): Spacious rooms with double or twin beds, sitting area with desk, sofa, armchair and puff. Large bathroom has bathtub and shower stall, telephone, hair dryer. Almost all with patio/loggia, balcony or terrace. Can accommodate 2 to 3 people.

Family Suite (60 square meters): consisting of two double rooms each with a private bathroom. They can accommodate up to 4 people including all adults.

Executive Bungalow (39-45 sq. m.): an open space with living room and fold-down double bed, bathroom with shower, bidet, telephone and hair dryer. Ground floor with patio or 1st floor with terrace/balcony, accommodates 2 people.

Comfort Bungalow (51-64 sq m): double room plus separate living room with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, bidet, telephone and hairdryer. Ground floor with patio or 1st floor with terrace/balcony, accommodates up to 2 adults and two children 3-11.99 years old.

Deluxe Bungalow (64-69 sq. m.): 2 double rooms, one of which is double, the other with double sofa bed plus separate living room equipped with single sofa bed, bathroom with shower, bidet, telephone and hair dryer. Ground floor with patio or 1st floor with terrace/balcony, can accommodate up to 2 adults and three children 3-11.99 years old.

Garden Suite Luxury(240 sqm): in an exclusive and private area of the pine forest, the ideal solution for families who require relaxation and privacy. It has 4 bathrooms, 3 double bedrooms, 3 walk-in closets, 2 living rooms and 2 patios. Upon request, it can be divided into 2 small, completely independent suites with private bedroom and bathroom.

Garden Suite (100 sq m): apartment equipped with large master bedroom with walk-in closet, 2 bathrooms, living area with table and living room with sofa and armchairs with patio.

Garden Suite Deluxe (140 sq m): apartment equipped with 2 large double bedrooms with walk-in closets, 2 bathrooms and large living room with table, sofa and armchair with patio.

The elegant "Janas Restaurant," equipped with an indoor dining room with large windows on the terrace overlooking the pool or pine forest, offers catering of the highest standard. Rich international buffet breakfast and dinner served at the table with traditional Mediterranean meat and fish dishes. Possibility of a la carte lunch.
