Position

About 9 km from Pula and a short distance from places of interest such as the Punic-Roman archaeological site of Nora. Cagliari airport about 45 km.

Beach

Free and equipped, white sand and sloping seabed, La Pineta residences and about 300 meters for La Pintadera. Possibility on site to rent sun beds and umbrellas. A ten minute drive away are the beaches of Chia with  beautiful dunes and crystal clear water

Facilities and services

the Calaverde complex consists of terraced houses with garden or terrace immersed in the green of the pine forest and the Mediterranean scrub overlooking the sea. Within this setting is La Pintadera, conceived in the same style and of more recent construction.

Services: restaurant, pizzeria, bar-tobacconist, pay for swimming pool, games for children, unattended parking. At 500 meters a supermarket.

The La Pineta apartments are a complex of terraced houses on the ground floor with a garden or terrace, near an extensive pine forest. Unattended internal parking. In the centre of the complex: restaurant, pizzeria, bar / tobacconist, supermarket, newsstand.

Reception office at the entrance to the La Pineta complex with the following times:

Mon / Fri from 16:00 to 19:00; Saturday from 15:30 to 20:00; Sunday from 17:00 to 20:00. The keys of the apartments must be returned to the office by 10:00 on the day of departure. Reception at times other than those indicated above is at advance notice.

The guest areas

Terraced apartments which all have a washing machine, TV, air conditioning (heat pump), Wi-Fi, safe and equipped outdoor area; they can be on the ground floor, on the first floor or on two levels.

Entertainment and activities

Diving centre at Calaverde marina with the possibility of boat mooring. At Calaverde: swimming pool and tennis courts (available at an extra cost). At La Pineta: adventure park and the possibility to hire rubber dinghies and water games.
