In Campus locality, a short walk from the beautiful beach, it is 2 km from the center of Villasimius and 50 km from Cagliari airport and about 270 km from Olbia port and airport.

Beach

At 250 meters fine sandy beach with sloping seabed, equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds or deck chairs included in the fee and to be reserved at time of reservation. Beach towels available for a fee.

Structure and services

Newly built two-story hotel, spreads around its large garden with swimming pool equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs and bar corner. It has a restaurant, bar, Wi-Fi connection, indoor parking. Laundry and babysitting services are available for a fee.

Where to live

29 ground-floor or first-floor rooms, furnished in an understated and refined style. Ground-floor rooms have verandas facing the pool or facing the garden, and upstairs rooms have private balconies (some with sea views). They are divided into the following types:

Standard: twin or double, equipped with air conditioning, minibar (for drinks provided by the hotel), safe, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, Digital Terrestrial TV. They can accommodate up to 3 people.
Deluxe: newly built, has all the amenities of a standard room with the addition of 42" 3D Led TV, whirlpool bath and direct Wi-Fi in the room.
Family: with the same amenities as the Standard, consisting of a double room communicating with a single room. It can accommodate 3 people.

Continental breakfast consisting of an excellent buffet full of a variety of specialties: jams, yogurt, fresh fruit, eggs, ham, cold cuts and cheeses, served in the poolside bar, where in the afternoon you can enjoy fantastic aperitifs, refresh yourself with different types of ice cream, drinks and much more! For lunch and dinner, served at the dining room, the chef offers dishes based on the freshest seafood and typical specialties of local gastronomy and, only at dinner, pizza. Gluten-free products are available upon request.
