The Superior, Family Sea View, Junior Suite, Bungalow Suite Facing the Sea and Cormoran Suite types include privileges such as beach umbrella on the beach in the first row, sunbeds on the beach, favorite newspaper, fruit basket and bottle of Prosecco, slippers, flip-flops, bathrobe and free Internet connection. They are divided into the following types:

Classic Garden Side (19 sqm): located on one side of the hotel, facing the garden with balcony or veranda. They can accommodate up to 4 persons and 1 baby crib and consist of double bedroom and small bedroom with bunk beds.

Classic Sea Side (19 sq m): a few meters from the beach with ground-floor veranda or balcony (without sea view), consisting of double bedroom and small bedroom with 3rd and 4th low beds. Furnished exteriors with table, chairs and two deck chairs.

Deluxe Sea View (19 sqm): double bedroom with possibility of adding a crib, equipped balcony, located on the second floor with beautiful sea view. Fruit basket and bottle of water on arrival, bathrobes, slippers, flip-flops and free internet access.

Superior Double Sea Side (26-29 sq. m.): a few steps from the beach (not sea view), have special Sardinian-style furnishings, consisting of double bedroom, small sitting area, with the possibility of adding a crib.

Family Sea View (32 sqm): located on the second floor with beautiful sea view, they have a twin bedroom, bathroom with shower and large double bedroom with sitting area and double bathtub.

Junior Suite Sea View (26-29 sqm): with panoramic first-floor terrace, they offer stunning views of the Gulf of Capo Carbonara. Bright open space with double bed and sitting area with possibility of a third bed or additional crib, perfect choice for those who prefer large and comfortable spaces.

Bungalow Suite Facing the Sea (50 sqm): arranged on the ground floor and a few steps from the sea (near the Mini Club) the brand new Bungalow Suites consist of 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower + a living room with a double sofa bed. They have a small kitchenette with dishwasher located at the entrance and a 'large private garden with a veranda facing the sea furnished with table chairs and armchairs/sofa. They can accommodate 4/6 people (possibility of adding a crib).

Cormoran Suite Sea View (30 sqm): with panoramic first-floor terrace, offer stunning views of the Gulf of Capo Carbonara. Bright living room with 2 sofa beds, double bedroom with possibility of additional crib. Meticulously furnished for maximum comfort with 2 private bathrooms (shower), terrace with beautiful sea view, furnished with sofa and small table and chairs.

The following types are available for the residence formula:

Two-room apartment (35 sq m): on ground or second floor, consisting of 2-bed room, living room with double bed, private bathroom with shower, kitchenette in separate room. Possibility of adding a crib. Can accommodate up to 5 people.

Villa (90 sq m): consisting of five rooms on three levels: two rooms with double bed, room with 2 single beds, living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette in separate room with induction cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, veranda with table and chairs, two bathrooms (with shower). They can accommodate up to 8 people.
