It rises in Alghero in the bay of Porto Conte, in a quiet location directly on the sea; it is 12 km from the city center, 10 km from the airport, and about 134 km from Olbia.

In the shape of a horseshoe, it consists of 2 bodies housing the rooms and a central area in which the reception, a bar, relaxing game rooms, courtesy rooms, luggage storage, boutiques, and the restaurant are concentrated. Framed by a specially landscaped garden is the pool and entertainment area. Lounge and TV room, terrace-solarium, unattended parking, Wi-Fi.
