Hotel Cala Caterina

Location:
the hotel is located in one of the most picturesque corners of the southeastern coast of Sardinia, a few minutes from the town of Villasimius (5 km) and close to the new modern and equipped tourist port (1 km); it is about 65 km from the center of Cagliari. Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and overlooking a crystal clear sea, the hotel offers its guests all the charm and magic of the island. Its secluded location makes the hotel an oasis of peace and relaxation.

Beach:
A pleasant walk through the greenery (about 100 meters) leads to the lovely Cala Caterina beach, a small sandy bay surrounded by rocks and stones, frequented mainly by hotel guests and also enjoyed from the adjacent lawn. Free umbrellas, sunbeds (subject to availability) and beach towels are provided.

Structure and services:
built in typical Mediterranean style, enriched by long, shady colonnades and set like a precious stone between the green Mediterranean scrub and the crystal blue sea, the hotel has a large lobby, an elegant restaurant with local and international cuisine, bar with outdoor loggia overlooking the pool and surrounding garden, which offers ample space for sunbathing or lying in the shade cradled by hammocks. Located on the ground floor with patio or on the second floor with balcony, depending on the different location. They are divided into the following types:

Comfort (25 sqm approx.): double rooms, with possibility of 3rd bed or crib on request, located either on ground floor with patio or second floor, totally renovated bathroom with shower, front or back garden side.
Prestige (25 sqm approx.): double rooms, with possibility of 3rd bed or crib on request, located either on ground or second floor, totally renovated bathroom with shower, sea view.
Deluxe (30 sqm approx.): double rooms, with possibility of 3rd bed or crib on request, located on the second floor with balcony, totally renovated bathroom with shower, beautiful sea view.
Junior Suite (40 sqm approx.): on the ground floor partial sea view, consisting of double room and double sofa bed, fully renovated, bathroom with shower, kettle and coffee machine, private gazebo on the sea front garden with soft drinks included.
Suite (65 sqm approx.): on the ground floor garden side, consisting of double bedroom and separate living room with double sofa bed, fully renovated, bathroom with shower + bathtub in living room, kettle and coffee machine, private gazebo on the sea front garden with soft drinks included.
Family Suite (65 sqm): on the second floor with sea view, consisting of double bedroom and living room with double sofa bed separated by connecting doors, fully renovated, bathroom with shower + bath + open shower in bedroom, kettle and coffee machine, private gazebo on sea front garden with soft drinks included.
Spa Suite (approx. 65 sqm): on the second floor with beautiful sea view, consisting of master bedroom, double sofa bed and single bed, bathroom with private steam bath + second bathroom with waterfall bathtub. Private gazebo on the sea front garden with soft drinks included. Breakfast room service included.

A vacation to enjoy:
bed and breakfast only or half board is provided. Half board includes buffet breakfast and dinner with table service. A gourmet menu is offered with local and international cuisine, 4 courses each with two or three samplings of appetizers, first courses, main courses, desserts, fruit buffet and seasonal vegetables with a wide choice of wines to match (drinks not included). At lunch, possibility of a light lunch or snack at the poolside patio bar (extra charge).

In addition, guests can enjoy delicious herbal teas and fresh fruit in the relaxation area after treatments. Open from May to September. Rent mountain bikes, scooters, cars and boats, book excursions (by car, off-road vehicle, sailboat or motorboat with snacks on board to the nearby islands of Serpentari and Cavoli). At Porto Giunco (1 km): pedal boat rental, inflatable boats, possibility of wind-surfing, water skiing, canoeing and sailing.
