Structure and services

completely renovated, consists of two bodies from which you can enjoy a 360-degree panorama of the sea with impressive views of Tavolara. The two bodies, one on three floors and the other on two floors, are divided by a completely renovated modern infinity pool with seawater, equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. The facility provides guests with reception, free wi-fi, TV room, meeting room, fitness room and private parking.

Superior Vista Paese (22 sqm): spacious room with two single beds or double bed, to which a third bed and possibly a bunk bed can be added. Spacious and comfortable bathroom with bathtub and Jacuzzi shower, furnished balcony with view of Golfo Aranci.
Comfort Sea View (20 sqm): room with two single beds or double bed, to which a third bed can be added comfortably. Large and comfortable bathroom; and equipped balcony, offering views of the island of Tavolara and Golfo Aranci.
Superior Sea View (22 sqm): spacious room with two single beds or double bed, to which a third bed can be added. Spacious and comfortable bathroom with bathtub and Jacuzzi shower, equipped balcony with views of the beach and sea.
Junior Suite (35 sqm): these are the most exclusive and spacious rooms located within the main building of the Blue Seagull. They offer a wide view of the sea and the coast and are exposed towards the sunset from which you can enjoy a truly extraordinary view. These Suites are bright thanks to the large glass doors. They also offer a sitting area with a sofa for extra space for comfort and relaxation.
Charming Suite (40/60 sqm): a spacious and bright double room, consisting of a bedroom, living room with sofa and a bathroom with a large glass shower stall; provided and bathrobes. With direct access to the pool, this suite offers a fantastic view of the gulf that can be enjoyed from the private furnished terrace, with the possibility of adding a second room with a separate entrance and its own second bathroom.
Luxury Suite (40/60 sqm): is located on the second floor overlooking the pool, in an exclusive location that offers a very wide view of the skyline of the beautiful sea of Golfo Aranci. It offers a large living room with sofa, table and flat-screen TV. The bedroom is bright and beautiful thanks to the beautiful window wall that will allow you to fully enjoy the spectacular view. In addition, the equipped terrace of 26 square meters offers a comfortable solarium area where you can sunbathe on the two available sunbeds. For the ultimate in comfort, it offers a large bathroom with a crystal shower cabin, with the possibility of adding a second room and with its second bathroom, At your disposal you will find two soft bathrobes and slippers for your comfort and relaxation.
Pool Suite ( 40 sqm): open space of 40 sqm, furnished with a bathtub in the center of the room where you can relax with a warm bath while enjoying the sea view in total privacy. Each Suite hosts on the upper floor a large terrace (53 to 73 sq m) with a 23 sq m private swimming pool with whirlpool system and sunbeds, to enjoy the spectacular view of the crystal clear sea of Golfo Aranci.
