Position

The property is located in a flat area in the bay of Cala d’Ambra, 1000 meters from the lively centre of San Teodoro, about 30 km from Olbia and 35 km from Golfo Aranci.

Beach

200 meters away, white sand beach with a wonderful view of Tavolara with a sand and pebble sea bed, connected to the village by a pleasant, short and comfortable internal pedestrian walkway and flat path. At guests' disposal umbrellas and sunbeds (1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds per room) distributed in the solarium, in the green lawn areas and in the state concession of the private beach (1st row for a fee -  € 10,00 per day per station). Beach towel available to guests (one beach towel per person per stay, subject to change). The wonderful and famous beach of L’Isuledda, known for its fine white sand and crystalline sea with unique colors, is also within walking distance.

Facilities and services

Surrounded by an enchanting landscape, the village is characterized by independent villas made of granite, terracotta and precious wood. All the buildings are arranged on the ground floor, connected to each other by illuminated stone paths and which extend to the edge of the beach. At the center of the structure there is a reception office, restaurant, multipurpose room, common room, games area, bar, solarium, terrace. The guest areas

90 rooms located in terraced houses with independent entrance, are all on the ground floor and surrounded by a large flower garden. They have an independent entrance and are furnished with the colors of the sun and the sea, typical of local architecture. They have private bathroom with shower (without bidet), hairdryer, satellite TV with foreign channels, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box, minibar (drinks for a fee), air conditioning, covered veranda, equipped with table and chairs.

A holiday of taste

Breakfast, lunch and dinner with buffet service in the air-conditioned restaurant (tables not assigned and not bookable). The Soft-Inclusive Formula includes the Full Board with house wine, water, soda, fruit juices; breakfast, lunch and dinner with buffet service in the restaurant (tables not assigned and cannot be reserved). Open bar during the day at the Pool Bar (10:00 - 23:00) with drinks by the glass (house wine, water, cola, soda, orange soda, fruit juices and tasty snacks). Bottled/canned drinks, ice cream, cafeteria and all packaged products are excluded.

Entertainment and activities

Multi-purpose illuminated tennis and five-a-side football pitch, 2 bowls courts, table tennis and, on the beach, beach soccer and beach volleyball. From 18/06 to 10/09 the prepared Staff of the Village, KAPARANGA ANIMATION, offers every day a complete show and entertainment program, based on professionalism, friendliness and courtesy. During the season, a series of shows and musicals all sung live and characterized by theatrical sets and costumes will be proposed in the village theatre. In addition to the important evening programs, the entertainment staff includes gymnastics and dance, Latin American group dances, evening piano-bar, cabaret, group tennis courses, canoeing, swimming, aerobics, gym water, step, darts, tournaments, games, daytime entertainment, games on the beach, canoeing, pedal boats. Available: beach soccer, beach volleyball, tennis and soccer field, table tennis. Mini Club for children 5/11 years and Junior Club for children 12/17 years.

“Dune di Campana”, with fine white sand bordered by dunes, with a reserved area equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers, umbrellas and beach towels included starting from the third row, first and second row for a fee and by reservation; is 700 meters from the hotel, reachable by a shuttle service.

Hotel and services

The new Hotel Village is like a small village surrounded by greenery, between gardens and the Mediterranean scrub. Its buildings are arranged like a crescent that embraces the lawn and the large central swimming pool equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, facing the sea and the south. Ideal hotel for families, a stone's throw from the main services of the resort: restaurants, the Mini Club, the train to the beach, the lively Piazza degli Ulivi and the Chia Natural Spa. Rooms

240 rooms, completely renovated in 2020 and characterized by the colors of the territory: the delicate pink color of the sand with the microscopic coral fragments and flamingos that populate the lagoon, the infinite shades of blue of the sea and sky and the unique shades of green of the Mediterranean scrub and the vegetation of the dunes. In the rooms, all renovated, the colors of the walls are like colored shadows or glimpses of the surrounding landscape. They have a bathroom with hairdryer, satellite TV, safe, minibar (for a fee), air conditioning. They are divide into the follow typologies:

Classic Cottage (20-22 sqm): on the upper floor overlooking the village, some on the ground floor; with or without balcony. The style is modern and elegant, the colors recall those of Sardinia's nature. Around, nature and Mediterranean scrub, while the view for almost all these rooms sweeps towards the village and its gardens. They can accommodate a maximum of 2 people.
Garden Cottages (21-25 sqm): these are on the ground floor and open onto a small garden furnished with table and chairs. The new colors and furnishings match the nature of the garden, creating a cozy and bright environment. These rooms are also perfect for three people: a crib or third bed can be added upon request when booking, and for children up to 12 years old.
Superior Cottage (21-25 sqm): they offer a large window that opens to the private garden. The space available also makes them perfect for three people: a crib or third bed can be added upon request at booking and, for children up to 12 years old.
Pool Cottages (21-25 sqm): the new rooms offer a private garden and are pleasantly arranged around the scenic central pool, a stone's throw from the poolside bar and Club House restaurant, very close to the sports fields, the little train to the sea and the Olive Tree Square with its shows. Pool Cottage guests have access to the exclusive Club House Restaurant for breakfast and a la carte dinner in the charming atmosphere of the poolside in the evening under the starry sky of Chia.The size of the room allows for a good living space even with three people: a crib or third bed can be added at no additional cost for children up to 12 years old.
Family Classic Cottages (40 sqm): all renovated in colors and furnishings. They offer two separate rooms on the same level and one bathroom.
Family Garden Cottage (40 sqm): completely renovated, these rooms offer new furnishings and colors inspired by Chia nature. They have a private garden, open loft with internal staircase and two bathrooms, ideal for accommodating up to 4 people.
Family Superior Cottage (40 sqm): all renovated, these are the rooms designed for families. Today they have all new furniture and colors that make you feel even more close to nature in Chia. Family Pool Cottage (40 sqm): overlooking the scenic pool, these new rooms are ideal for those who want to be at the center of the vacation with the whole family. They are on two levels with an open loft and internal staircase, two bathrooms with bathtub and shower, and a private garden outside. Pool Cottage guests have access to the exclusive Club House Restaurant for breakfast and a la carte dinner in the charming poolside atmosphere in the evening under the starry Chia sky. These spacious rooms offer the ideal accommodation for families.
Communicating Rooms: all renovated in furnishings, style and colors, they are a comfortable and cozy choice for families. They can accommodate two adults and two children, with the freedom of two communicating rooms and two bathrooms. It is the perfect accommodation for families of 4 to 6 people.

A holiday to taste

A restaurant reserved for Hotel Village guests for breakfast and dinner, it offers a journey into taste, with thematic buffets, real Islands of Flavor, and show-cooking. Next door is the Bimbi Restaurant. It is possible to dine (for a fee and by reservation) at a different restaurant each night: Le Dune Restaurant, open for lunch, ideal for eating next to the sea; Mezze Restaurant, faniglia-sized near the resort's magnificent swimming pool; Osteria La Torre, located in the central square of the resort with a spectacular view of the Chia Tower and offers fresh fish dishes.
