Location

Located in southern Sardinia in an exclusive bay with a private white sandy beach, set in a unique setting surrounded by mountains. With its Moorish architecture, authentically Mediterranean nature, the Falkensteiner Resort Capo Boi is a corner of paradise located within the Capo Carbonara Marine Protected Area. It is about 8 km from the center of Villasimius and 56 km from Cagliari airport.

Beach

Crescent-shaped, it is 30 meters from the facility and can be reached by walking through the resort garden. Fine sandy beach with sloping seabed, private and equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds. Beach Bar. Free beach bag with bathrobe, towels and bathing slippers available for the duration of your stay. Front row is charged and can be reserved on site.

Structure and services

It consists of a main building, the "Garden" annex and villas. The Infinity relax pool offers guests two floors of pools with views as far as the eye can see of the bay and the sea. One pool is dedicated to family activities with sports, games, entertainment and a heated Acquapura pool located under the arcades. Wi-Fi connection in public areas and rooms. Family Park View (36 sqm + 10-20 sqm terrace): Located in the main building, overlooking the garden consists of double bedroom and a living area with sofa and TV, partially separated with sliding doors, 2 sofa beds. Bathroom with shower. The Mediterranean design and large terrace ensure a relaxing vacation. For families with children up to ten years of age.

Junior Suite Park View (36 sqm + 10-20 sqm terrace): In the main building, consisting of double bedroom, living room with sofa bed for a child up to 10 years old. Bathroom with shower. Mediterranean design and large terrace ensure a relaxing vacation.

Junior Suite Side Sea View (33-43 sq m + 10-20 sq m terrace): Located in the main building, it consists of double bedroom, living room with sofa bed for 1 child up to 10 years old. Bathroom with shower. A beautiful view can be enjoyed on the terrace.

Junior Suite Sea View (33-43 sqm + 10-20 sqm terrace): In the main building, consists of double bedroom, living room with sofa bed for 1 child up to 10 years old. Bathroom with shower. On the terrace you can enjoy a lovely view of the beach and the bay of Capo Boi.

Park View Family Suite (42 sqm + 21 sqm terrace): It consists of master bedroom with connecting door to the second bedroom with 2 single beds. Both rooms have their own bathroom with shower and balcony. Possibility of adding a fifth bed for a child up to 10 years old.

Garden Family Suite (45 sqm + 21 sqm terrace): In the Garden building. A first room provides space for two guests and is separated by a sliding door from the master bedroom, which captivates with its design. Bathroom with shower. The shady terrace provides the right atmosphere to enjoy the outdoors.

Capo Boi Suite (90sqm + 50sqm terrace): The Capo Boi Suite represents the most exclusive way to experience the resort, amid Moorish interiors, local textures and natural light throughout the day. This room offers two bedrooms, a spacious 31 m² living room and two bathrooms with bathtub or walk-in shower. The stunning views from the 50 m² terrace over the beach and the rocks of Piscadeddus leave you breathless.

Two-bedroom villa (50-60 sqm + 6-20 sqm garden + 6 sqm terrace): Two-bedroom villas are distinguished by their private terrace and Mediterranean garden. The two spacious double rooms (connected by a door) each have a bathroom with shower and offer everything you need for a relaxing family vacation. Two barrier-free rooms are available for this room category.

Family Villa (55 sq.m. + 6-30 sq.m. garden + 6 sq.m. terrace): in the "Garden" annex, consisting of double bedroom, small bedroom with single bed and sofa bed, living room with 1 sofa bed for children up to 10 years old, some with two bathrooms.
