Structure and services

The hotel rooms are located in four different historical buildings dating back to the 17th century.  All rooms have been recently restructured according to local architectural and eco-standards.

Thermae: is the main hotel building with reception and Wellness centre areas. Wellness " Aquae Sinis" is equipped with a large internal hydromassage pool, a turkish bath, Finnish sauna, chrome therapy sensation showers, sunbeds and massage areas. Continental and buffet breakfast is served on the terrace with its panoramic view.  There are two classic rooms in this building.

Mistras:  with an elegant garden around the pool, it is the ideal place for those who love peace and silence.  The rooms have been designed strictly following ecological standards with high ceilings lined with reeds and exposed beams. All rooms are painted in relaxing, natural colores and are decorated in typical Cabras-houses  style with decorative hand-made accessories from local craftsmen.   There are the following room categories in this building: 5 classic rooms, 1 family suite and 1 romantic suite. 

Pontis: an extremely welcoming space with harmony created around a vast garden area.  It presents the ideal location for any occasion.  There are the following room categories: 1 classic room, 3 superior rooms and 4 junior suites.

Laguna: next to the church of  Santa Maria; a building from the 1950’s which has been completely restructured and was inaugurated in June 2018. The residence is ideal for those who want to be close by the main building - Thermae. The ground floor is an open space where information can be found on Sinis.  It faces the church square; on the second floor is a terrace with panoramic views and birdwatching position.  There are 4 classic rooms, 1 superior room and 1 panoramic suite.  Animals are permitted on request.

The Guest areas

23 rooms, all of them differ from each other. Although, all rooms are done in unique Campidanese style: ceilings lined with reeds and traditional hand embroidered fabrics.  Full comfort is guaranteed with materasses in memory foam, double pillows, hairdryers in every room and 32 inch screen Led TV.  Minibar and WI-FI are free in every room.  The  Aquae Sinis rooms recall  romantic feelling  with the mixture of past times and modern technology. The rooms are divided into the following types:

Classic (20 sqm): designed to connect harmony and warm welcome thanks to pastel shades, bright windows and cane ceiling.

Superior (25 sqm): a comfortable, intimate mezzanine or a lovely private garden, the independent entrance from the garden, are the salient features of these rooms, ideal for those who want to give maximum privacy.

Junior Suite (32 sqm): the peculiarity of this type is its arrangement on two levels connected by an elegant wooden staircase with woven cane. The rooms can accommodate from 3 to 4 people who can count on a space that guarantees sufficient privacy for each guest. Couples can use the loft as an exclusive "living area". One of them is equipped with a large whirlpool bath harmoniously placed on the mezzanine.

Family Suite (34 sqm): two bright rooms with a pool view, a large shared bathroom, double access and a small entrance hall, ideal for those travelling with family or a group of friends.

Romantic Suite (37 sqm): romantic comfort and a very private and refined atmosphere make a stay in Romantic Suite particularly special. Guests also have access to a private garden that makes this elegant space particularly "intriguing".

Laguna Suite (34 sqm): located on the second floor, connected to a private elevator; inside a relaxing and large jacuzzi, externally surrounded by a private terrace and roof garden. You will enjoy a breathtaking view of the village of Cabras, the pond and the vast peninsula of Sinis. Ideal for a relaxing weekend where comfort and respect for privacy are guaranteed.
