In the heart of the Gulf of Marinella, just 4 km from the renowned Porto Rotondo and about 12 km from Olbia.

Beach

Only the garden, swimming pool and a natural pond separate the rooms of Abi d'Oru from the beach of Marinella, one of the most beautiful in all of Sardinia. Very fine white sand and turquoise sea sloping in all shades of blue toward the horizon. One part, the most sheltered on windy days, is reserved for Abi d'Oru guests, equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. The first, second row of umbrellas and sunbeds and gazebos are included in the price of the suites and not bookable for other types. The umbrellas and sunbeds from the fourth to the seventh row are always free of charge (you can reserve them in advance).

Structure and services

It features arcades and spacious terraces, in perfect harmony with the facilities of the Emerald Coast. The hotel is set in a fragrant and lush Mediterranean garden, which reaches down to the beach and the crystal clear sea. It has reserved parking, infirmary and laundry service, shuttle to Porto Rotondo, evening entertainment with piano bar for relaxing moments at the end of the day. Internet connection is active throughout the facility, including the pool and beach. Small pets (max 8 kg) on request with extra charge of € 30.00 per day (except in July and August).

Where to live

130 rooms almost all with sea views. The decor is typical Sardinian, with warm colors and hints of tradition; the atmosphere is fresh and very welcoming. All rooms are equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, safe, minibar, shower, hairdryer and courtesy set. They are divided into the following types:

Classic Rooms (22 - 26 sqm): the comfortable and cozy Classic rooms are rooms face the garden or the hillside with its Mediterranean scrub. They have air conditioning, wi-fi, satellite TV, minibar, safe, beach towels and bathrobes. Max occupancy 2 adults (a third bed or crib can be added on request).

Superior Rooms (25 - 28 sqm): the beautiful Superior rooms have a balcony with partial sea view or a patio on the ground floor, but they all have garden views. They have air conditioning, wi-fi, satellite TV, minibar, safe, beach towels and bathrobes. Superior rooms are available with a double bed or two single beds. Maximum occupancy 2 adults (a third bed or crib can be added on request).

Garden Deluxe (34 - 42 sqm): contemporary elegance and Sardinian tradition come together in a unique style in the finely renovated Garden Deluxe rooms. These rooms are located on the ground floor with direct access to the garden leading to the white sandy beach. Garden Deluxe rooms have air conditioning, wi-fi, satellite TV, minibar, safe, beach towels and bathrobes. They can have a double bed or 2 single beds. Some have an armchair bed to accommodate 3 people. Garden view because of the vegetation in the garden. Max Occupancy 2 adults (some may have an armchair bed or crib upon request).

Deluxe Room (28 - 30 sqm): contemporary elegance and Sardinian tradition come together in a unique style in the finely renovated Deluxe rooms. Each room has a private balcony overlooking the sea.Deluxe rooms have air conditioning, wi-fi, satellite TV, minibar, safe, beach towels and bathrobes. They can have a double bed or 2 single beds. Some have an armchair bed to accommodate 3 people. Max occupancy 2 adults (some may have an armchair bed or crib upon request).

Junior Suites (40 - 45 sqm): consist of a bedroom and an open plan lounge area with a dormeuse that can convert into 2 single beds. All have a balcony facing the sea. Some have a partial sea view. They have air conditioning, wi-fi, satellite TV, minibar, safe, beach towels and bathrobes. Junior Suites have a double bed or 2 single beds. (Maximum occupancy 3 adults + 1 crib).

Deluxe Suite (about 50 sq m): these are located on the ground floor and consist of a bedroom, a bathroom and a separate living area with a sofa bed for a third person. The room measures about 50sqm, which adds up to about 15sqm of the garden patio or terrace. The suites can accommodate up to 3 adults and 1 crib and have air conditioning, wi-fi, satellite TV, minibar, safe, coffee maker, kettle, beach towels and bathrobes. Deluxe Suites with sea view bookable at extra charge (subject to availability).

Premium Suite (53 sq m ): These rooms are located on the upper floors and have a total area of about 98 sq m (53 sq m indoor and a 46 sq m terrace). The room consists of a bedroom with bathroom separated by a living area with a sofa bed that can turn into 2 single beds and has its own bathroom. There are a total of 2 bathrooms. About 46 square meters are dedicated to a superb terrace equipped with table and chairs overlooking the waters of the Gulf of Marinella. The Premium Suite can accommodate up to 3 adults and a baby in a crib in a cool and Bright environment with parquet flooring, handcrafted fabrics and furniture in light tones. Suites have air conditioning, wi-fi, satellite TV, minibar, safe, beach towels and bathrobes.

A vacation to enjoy

The hotel offers three different restaurants: the "Mediterraneo Restaurant" open for breakfast and dinner, in the main building; the "Marinella Restaurant", directly on the beach and also open to outsiders; and the "Tzia Maria Restaurant" with a tasting menu of Sardinian specialties. The gastronomic offerings range from typical Sardinian cuisine, to refined international cuisine, always starting from the goodness and richness of local raw materials, combined with 5-star service. The menus offer from traditional grilled meat and fish dishes, to more refined and refined dishes. Completing the offer are pastries from the patisserie and an extensive wine list. Guests only have the pleasant task of choosing.

The hotel has three bars where snacks, cocktails and coffee can be ordered. The lobby bar, with a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea, is ideal for a sunset aperitif and after-dinner drinks accompanied by piano bar music. Second is the pool bar, which also offers a wide selection of smoothies, aperitifs, fruit slices, and ice cream that can be enjoyed relaxed on the poolside loungers or on the lawn. Last is the beach bar, which also offers service under the umbrella.

Entertainment and activities

Guests can enjoy a splendid freshwater, heated swimming pool with whirlpool; two tennis courts with night lighting; and a fitness area. The "Bee Happy Kids Club" is the space reserved for little guests (4-12 years old included) and their fun. Nursery service for little ones (0-3 years old) by reservation and with an extra charge of € 20.00 per hour. A child-friendly world where you can make new friends, play and be creative under the supervision of reliable professionals. Exciting water games in the brand new Water Park, group, fun and sports activities involve children from morning to night. For a fee, children can have lunch and dinner in an area of the central restaurant "off limits" to adults. Rounding out the offerings is the Abi Spa consisting of four cabins, named after and smelling of Sardinian essences, for massages and cosmetic facial and body treatments; access to the spa, the relaxation area with Himalayan salt wall and its wet area - with sauna, Turkish bath, experience showers and ice waterfall - is by reservation only and for exclusive use (also open to outside guests). In the relaxation area and at the edge of the outdoor pool, aromatic infusions from the herbal tea room are available for the most complete relaxation. Possibility, too, of tennis, diving, surfing and sailing lessons, car, motorcycle and bicycle rentals, and, on the beach, canoes and various boats. For golf lovers, the Pevero Golf Club is about 20 km away.
